Such a rude staff!!! The lady literally was so rude for a napkin. The bag had 2 napkin and I said I can a couple more napkin please. She said no napkin one foot long sandwich you get 2napkin, this napkin cost money. I’m pretty sure if does,What kind of nonsense is that???? What kind of food place can’t provide enough napkin. Also why do you have to so rude about it say it nicely it’s not that hard.She looked exhausted also maybe worked?? Idk, but the attitude of that lady for literally a piece of napkin was something else ??‍♀️??‍♀️.The employee’s rude behavior makes the atmosphere very uncomfortable and disgusting.Also my sandwich had barely and chicken or maybe it’s the amount they put.Never going again.The tuck halal food and the person who works there is far more better. Definitely sticking there.

The lady preparing my sandwich cut her hand and proceeded to touch the sandwich. She cut her hand when cutting the bread and did not put another glove on until I said something about it. However, she had already touched the food and there was visible blood on her hand. They clearly need better training

Aweful experience, they will try to skimp on ingredients if they think you don't know how much usually comes with it. Terrible service and they actually don't know how to make a sandwich at all.

Horrible!people horrible don’t believe the times they are mis posting they treat and speak to people really bad do not have the tiniest bit of customer service did not open the door when on website stated it was open I came here to buy my sons lunch because it stated it was open did not open the door lies!

How did I just get charged 13 dollars for a 9.69 foot long and she states we do not go by the app prices . Ridiculous to offer a price and not grant it then have an attitude about it

Wish I could give zero stars. Stopped by on our way to a class field trip with my students and paid in advance online with Apple Pay. Order was like $13. Employee (or manager?) asked to see my credit card then asked to see my ID. Asked what all the hold up was about and guy said he had to verify to make sure it wasn't a fraudulent order??? I'm sorry but that was beyond disrespectful to assume. It has been an extremely long time since I've been treated this way. Truly disgusting. Cherry on top is I paid extra for a bottled soda and as he prepared my order, he told me I could go grab my drink. Sees me and says I only paid for a fountain drink. I tell him no, I selected the option to pay more for a bottled drink on the app. Goes back and forth for a while (even after showing him my order on the app) until I tell him to just ring up the order and if it turns out I owe more, I'll happily pay. Then says "it's ok, this time it's ok. next time make sure you select the correct option." To which I respond, "no, it's not ok. It's not a favor, I paid for this." Another employee then took a look and confirmed to him that I had indeed paid more for my bottled drink. Awful experience and customer service. Discrimination here is on a whole other level.

I would challenge you to find someone who gives less of a ---- about doing their job. She literally scraped my salad around with her hands. We have utensils to mix things, is that really a way to cook food when you are not in your own home? I should've just walked out right then.

I just downloaded the application to make a pick up order. When i arrived 15 later the store was empty and my order wasn't ready. I stated i was here for a pick up. She asked me the name which i gave her she then asked me for ID which i also provided. She then asked me for the card I paid with. Which confused me because I'm giving her all my info showed her my ID and order on my phone through the app. I told her I paid through PayPal she then refuses to give me my order because I didn't produce a card. I'm highly confused because I thought this app was suppose to save me time and energy. She proceeds to call her boss saying she don't know what PayPal is but during the whole incident she very rude. Whatever her boss said she had to complete my order. I proceeded to ask if one of the sandwiches can be toasted twice. She starts screaming at me that she following the receipt and this area for customers. Lordt I had to really get my composure because this woman was treating me like I was her child. I told her she doesn't have the right to talk to me I'm paying customer watching my order being made. I also was highly embarrassed by this time customers were in the store and were looking. She was doing her job with such a attitude just throwing things on the sandwich. If it wasn't paid for already I would have left but after everything I still thanked her for her service because that's the person I am but unfortunately her Customer service skills were non existent and just because she was older woman her decorum was even more horrible. Update: When i did the survey the manager contacted me via email totally disregarding what I said no acknowledgment to his workers poor attitude

I wish I could give no stars.I have been here before but would try to avoid it since the service has always been mediocre and the workers tend to be rude but today was a new low. As I arrive I waited my turn , I asked the worker if I could have two sandwiches he only took out one bread. I waited to see if maybe he didn’t hear. I mentioned it again as he started to work on only one. Then I mentioned it a third time and he slammed the bread on the counter. I try to keep my cool as I was starving and wanted to just get food. Then he switched with the female worked and handled a phone order. She began to work on both sandwiches but paid me barely any attention so I had to keep repeating things. I told her if she could put the sandwiches in separately and she said why then I explained cause one of the sandwiches never comes out warm. She explained she would put double the time. Then when it was time to add toppings I asked for lettuce on only one sandwich she proceeded to put lettuce on both. I told her I only wanted lettuce on one sandwich then she started to remove the lettuce off melted cheese which still remained. I told her can you just please make the sandwich again since the person doesn’t like lettuce , she said it’s fine look. As she showing me she’s trying to shake the lettuce of the sandwich and the ham is coming off at this point . I couldn’t take it anymore , I said forget it I’m leaving. As I’m walking away I say you guys are so rude in here , especially you , you are always rude to the lady. She then says don’t come back. I don’t know why people who work customers service lack customer service skills. Throughout the whole interaction I remained friendly even when both workers were rude. I will be escalating .Guys save your money and go to another subways were they will actually treat you like a customer.
