I always go to this subway but for some reason it’s been on a downfall lately. For an example the lettuce, jalapeños, spinach and oils looks old am dry. They tuna fish was dry and brown on the sides; And I actually wanted to try it but it looked dangerous to eat. My favorite drink has not always tasted different, either as watered down or just not great tasting.

All the subways have become jokes, rude staff that can't speak English. They touch money and then they touch food again. Homeless being allowed to hang around restaurant and harass customers. Find a local deli and avoid this joke of a company.

Very clean location with friendly staff the meat's cheese and bread are always fresh and well stocked and if you're a regular they remember what you order right away this place has great customer service

As a SAFETY warning to everyone who goes here: if you look like you have money you will be TARGETED upon entering. Both times I went I was blindsided by aggressive beggars upon ordering. The 2nd time nearly ended in a fight and NYPD being called. The employees did nothing. I repeat did NOTHING. They did not intervene on my behalf at all. Simply stood back and watched the altercation take place. Also they will lie to you and tell you that each sandwich is only allowed 3 toppings—i have never heard of such a policy at subway. Corporate was contacted. This location has lost me as a customer for good. BEWARE

It's sooo good here. Nice friendly staff. Much better then the ones near here. It's honestly kinda cramped but they make it up with faster service. Would be nice to have one or two more employees.

(from June 2015) Patience Abound They do care about getting you from start to finish as quickly as possible. Given the proximity to Metro North [Harlem-New Haven], this trait is a treasure. You learn something new every day. You guys alerted me to an often overlooked feature of debit cards...tap chips! (Debit cards don't have this feature anymore). You guys know how to keep it moving... **I updated this review to reflect that chip and pin is a safer way to pay. Using gift cards as in-business credit is even safer, online and off. If I visit this place again I'l try to leave a more detailed review.**
