Horrible just horrible!!!! I ordered a meatball marinara off of uber from this restaurant. The lack of love they didn’t even try to put to the sandwich. The bread was stale and the meatballs tasted like they were heated from the night before, on top of that the break was extra small there was barely a sandwich there. Disgusting! I’m glad I was able to get my money back from uber. I will never order from here again! I don’t even know why this store is still open giving the ratings from previous customers. The manager needs to get out! New management needs to be put in place.

The two guys behind the counter are so rude, I payed for my food over the app, when I arrived 15 minutes later my sandwich wasn’t made, they gave me a bunch of excuses that they didn’t have the breed, after wasting half my lunch they tried to tell me because their soda machine is broken I don’t get a soda even though I payed for it.

Ordered through Uber eats got a cold cut sandwich assuming it would come cold, but it didn’t they toasted it! And there’s no where on Uber to put instructions. They toast all their sandwiches whether you want it toasted or not

Came yestersay, Got sick from a sandwich here: the guy barely puts any veggies (e.g. 3 cucumber slices on a foot long, a few sprinkles of lettuce, etc.) So photos show how flimsy the quantity was. But the worst part is when he was pulling the slices of tomato out of the container: instead of dripping with juice like tomatoes should, the "juice" was webby/stringy... the slime would stretch from the container and only break just as it got to the sandwich.... i was so shocked but we really needed food as we'd worked overnight and needed something close to our job sites, so I ended up just taking the tomatoes out hoping I wouldn't get too sick from it. (Ended up running to the bathroom later on due to stomach trouble.)

In hindsight, I'm glad he held back on the veggies, bc they were all probably not fresh, but wouldn't that be less of a problem if he gave each customer the amount of veggies that Subway sandwiches typically calls for? That way the produce actually gets used instead of sitting around all day for days, if not weeks, who knows. Also, everyone who talks about how slow this guy works is on point: it took him probably 15 minutes to make two footlong sandwiches, during which when I asked for a little more veggies, he asked if I would pay extra... for the few strands he just sprinkled?! Good lord...

I aim to report this place, mainly bc I got sick and I don't think the food here is safe. But also bc this location clearly doesn't live up to the reputation that Subway holds. If you're in a bind for time, go somewhere else bc you'll be waiting around for your food while it barely comes together. Had we known the reviews were this bad, we wouldn't have come here. $26 for two footling sandwiches that are skinnier than my thumb, you gotta be kidding me.

The area looks super suspicious, hole in the wall vibe. I ordered a salad and it was half way filled, tiny amounts of each veggie. The food also tasted like it’s been in a fridge for too long. The croutons they gave me were 8 months expired. First and last time I eat here.

The subs are OK, but the guy at the counter is slow as molasses. But I have no complaints otherwise, the place is clean food is fresh. and always empty, so you can sit and enjoy your meal.

This is the last time I eat here. Food tasted a bit stale. As I got my food and went to eat at one of the tables all of the tables were dirty. But the part that really got me was when I saw the employee prepare an online order with no gloves at all. He thought I wasn't looking but as soon as I saw that my stomach turned upside down. That was really disgusting especially for the customer that doesn't know how their food was prepared. He was grabbing all the ingredients with his bare hands and adding it on to the bread. Then to finish it off he closed the bread with his bare hands after he finished. Very gross. I will not be going back to this subways at all.

The worker was rude she didn't want to take the coupon because it was extra work. She also said that the sandwich I order it a signature sandwich which the coupon doesn't cover, it does not say that on the coupon the coupon states what is not covered by it. Never going

Food isn’t really bad at this location either but they do like to close super early, online says they close at 8 everyday but Black Friday they were closed at 3pm and 11/26/23 I called to see what time they were closing because they have a bad habit of closing early and on the phone they said at 5:45 they were closing in 10 20 mins ? and on the phone they said the store hours have been changed but 9 weeks ago it says the time of opening and closing were confirmed ?
