Just Disgusting service and fake management. The sense of entitlement and Narcissism was unprecedented and completely threw me out of wack when being informed about their "Policy" . Very threatening workers ,whole experience was incredibly unprofessional.

The app is a rip off. I spent over $30. They accept my order. A minute later they canceled my order and they never refund my money back. There’s no way to call customer service. And there’s no way for you to get your money back. SUBWAY® is a rip off through the app.

I just don't understand why the sandwiches are so expensive
The customer service is TRASH. I called 6 times and no one could pick up the phone to make a change for my order + they never do the footlong sandwich how it supposed to be. TRASH.

I just went to subway and ordered 2 ft. Long chicken bacon. The prices have gone up so much I paid 31.05 for 2 ft longs a bag of chips and 3 cookies. As they put the condiments on the sandwich ie: tomato, lettuce etc. I had to keep asking to put more on. Really? They hardly put meat and cheese on. The bare minimum. This is really sad. I live in a low income area and the prices keep going up. So needless to say the sandwich wasn't even that great tasting. I used to buy here all the time. Now I won't ever come back. I will say they young adults that work here are awesome, they are very polite but they don't make the product or the prices!
