Horrible customer service and extremely stingy with their products!
They are so stingy with proportions and annoying in here DO NOT GO THERE!! Refusing service until they see my id for a pickup order when i have the entire order details on my phone. Workers are very unprofessional and disrespectful.
had a terrible experience at this Subway location. The employees were extremely stingy with the portions—barely any meat, sauce, or lettuce—and when I asked for more, they tried to charge me extra. On top of that, they treated me and my black friend differently from another customer. We were asked to pay before we even ordered, while another customer who was white was allowed to pay at the end. The prices here were also noticeably higher than at other Subway locations. Overall, the service felt unfair and unprofessional. I won’t be coming back.
very discriminatory and indian guy is rude and bad mouthed, he made me pay before ordering but let another woman order before paying, he also judged my order super hard and gave dirty looks horrid don’t buy here

I ordered online, it appeared in their system as a combo, when I said I wasn't interested in the combo in the app, I ordered everything separately. I ordered a coffee that they have on their online menu and they didn't have it in the store. I told them to give me something with the same value in coffee and they only wanted to give me 1 cookie. They also gave me one cookie, when I paid for three. Apparently in their system it changes how I place the order. However, I still paid for the 3 cookies that they were denying me and the coffee. The employees at this Subway never understand what is ordered, they don't know how to reason with customers. Many times I have seen how they insult customers without being right, including me. Terrible service.

I give them an overall three is sandwiches, can’t go wrong, however don’t do pickup because they need your id before they can make your food. What’s the point of doing pickup if you’re going to make the food when i get there, mind you this time i ordered 4 sandwiches

The service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I did a mobile order however they refused to serve me my food upon arrival. They accused me of stealing another persons order even when I showed them the order I made on the subway app. The workers lack understanding of how mobile orders function. They insisted on seeing my iD and wouldn’t take any digital copies of it even if I didn't have my iD on me at the moment. Eventually they cancelled my order and refused to serve me the food I rightfully ordered on the damn SUBWAY APP. Still haven't been refunded. Would not visit this subway ever again, I recommend going to another location. Also, the prices aren't pretty either, they charge significantly higher prices compared to other subway locations. For example, a footlong would cost around $9 at any other location however at this location they charge $14.
