Ordered on uber eats and they dont make sandwiches with any care. Lettuce was old and they were stingy with the turkey and cheese even though i added extras to the order. No quality, no care Subway franchise is just losing its way all around.

Store hours online and on window of stores claims restaurant opens at 9am. I arrived at 10:06 and restaurant was still not open. I knocked on the glass several times still no answer, even though I can see him walking by and his electric scooter in the back. Horrible

Awful experience. I tried calling to order some sandwiched and no one answered the phone. I called multiple times and no one picked up. Finally I drove to get them in person and the manager refused to do my order as he was afraid it would interfere with other orders. The establishment was empty. He told me to go to another subway. I got do they offer catering options if they do not want to fulfill the order. It was a small order for a business gathering and instead we had to make other arrangements. They lost a lot of business today.

If you only gunna hire only 2 people at a store , atleast hire people with ambition or atleast enthusiasm to live. It shouldn’t take half an hour for them to ask me what kind of bread i would like. Not even worth it trash service trash food.

Today June 25,2024 I walked in to purchase a wrap. It was a Hispanic and African American. That African American was so nasty. He was very rude. And he did not know what to do. He didn’t wrap my wrap right. I can’t even eat this. It’s my first and last time coming. It’s so sloppy I trashed this.

This subway is so lame. I did an online order and went to go pick it up. Simple Veggie delights. No cheese or meats, and the I told the African guy that I placed a mobile order and showed him on my phone. He yells, "what!" With an attitude, So I repeated myself calmly, and then he goes, "we don't accept mobile orders here!!" In a sassy manner. Then, he proceed to pull my order up and cancel it without explanation and went back to sweeoing. Why accept mobile orders if you don't fulfill them? Why waste customers' time? ? rude and exta.
