I don't know this location of subway that like I see bad reviews but like it has more better service than the one by where the Marshalls is at in parkchester and this is in a gas station

Terrible experience at this Subway inside the BP gas station. I went around 10 PM to get the meal of the day. The employee said deals weren’t available, but I could still order without it like pay the full price but no deals which didn’t make any sense. I placed my order through the Subway app anyway—it went through, and then he canceled it right in front of me, saying “Subway isn’t working.” When I said I’d report it, he told me to go ahead like he didn’t care.
When I started recording for proof, he and a couple of others began recording me too. The worker in black shirt worker gave me middle finger (picture attached), refused to give name or any manager’s info, and they even came outside to my car trying to intimidate me. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this location has a pattern of this scammy behavior.
I’ve reported it to Subway and BP—if this happens to you, report it too.

Scammers, they dont scan the items, just give u a rounded number and charge you. Ordered online, did not prep the order, said their machine was broken, even though they were able to refund it and there was another order ready for pickup.

The service here was awful. The servers were extremely annoyed with my asking for certain items or clarification. They charged me for extra add ons I never asked for and refused to give me money back.
The atmosphere felt prejudiced as if had I been “one of their own” they would’ve treated me better.
