DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY!! I went to pick up my online order and the server refused to give me my order as I needed ID. I have never been to any subway for a pick up order and need to provide ID, they should up this information on the app. Okay fine, this server refuses to cancel my order and tell me it will be cancelled in the app, later in the day I see a charge on my credit card for the full amount and in the app, it said my order was picked up!! This is a complete lie and fraud. If you want to be scammed and treated awfully by the workers, go to this subway. If not go next door to FER’s deli or a different subway, very unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Afridi refused to make me a cold sandwich. Poor customer service skills and representation for my first time visiting this location as a rewards member. I asked him if he can not toast my bread, I then asked him to heat up the salami, pepperoni, and the bacon I was going to pay extra for. He told me he can not toast the meat without toasting the bread. I told afridi I get my sandwich made the same way every subway establishment I go to. He then continued to refuse and said he’s not putting the meat in the toaster because it’s going to burn the paper when that’s a lie. Will not be recommending anybody to come to this store. Poor Business and service.

I walked in, was their in front of the server for at least 15 minutes, and he didn't even say hi. Ignore me . Is so sad how bad staff kills small buisness. This why owner don't hire most ppl

This new Subway just opened up so I gave them a try and I am so glad I did as I will come back! Customer service was pleasant and helpful and the food was good and fresh. Love the turkey sub and new lavash wrap. So tasty and healthy too. Also tried the tuna and it was super fresh and delicious. Easy location to access on a busy street. Clean restaurant and nice friendly people, will visit again.
