I don’t like making reviews like this, but I have to do it because this ruin my whole experience. as I was eating my food and finishing it up a big water bug s crawled on me while I was eating my food and I hopped up. shaking it off as it was running everywhere. I threw my drink out and everything else cause I was just aggravated. I will never eat here again.

I only order if the guy is there not sure his name I’m pretty sure he’s the manager , the lady there is rude and doesn’t understand anything at all. Also they don’t close at 10pm that’s a lie they always close at 7 lol (food is always good and fresh i usually go in the morning )

One time I went there with my daughter and they burn my pretzels. I didn’t see it until I got home recently, my daughter went back, ordered it online and went to show them the receipt and told her name had a hard time getting her food like she was lying specially, the Indian man and the African man racist. Let me tell you if you have a bad experience You should not go back and make a Review or complaint So the company on Phone website because you’re keeping these people in business stop complaining do something say something

They said they can’t take coupon and they was racist because they thought I was lying about an order. They said my order is not in the system but then they show me and I said that big order was mine and they was like no. Then asked for my id which I gave and they was like no way and I had my card that I used to pay with and then they telephoned the manager like what. They found out it was really me. They really profiled me and try to steal from me because they never made the order or was going to they said in Hindi which they was surprised that I spoke too.

I only ordered and consumed a drink on the premises while awaiting a cab. Clean, quiet and the drink was a fair price. It's not the businesses fault but due to theft the drink cooler is locked and after I purchased said beverage I had to wait 2 to 3 minutes for the clerk to open it for me. I'm sure the menu is basically standard Subway fare. It's there, that's about all I can say about this business.
