In my opinion this is one of the best Chinese Restaurants. I had worked near it before & it was a go to for lunch. The food is very good and the place is very clean. Although I no longer work in the area, I will travel from a distant area in the Bronx to this restaurant. I have never eaten from this restaurant & gotten an upset stomach. They didn't have the long bone spare ribs that i wanted but I got the small rib tips. I love the crunchy end of the ribs but its not like the actual long bone with all the meat. I'd give it another try if I was in the neighborhood.
I'm 47 years old and is amazing how this place happens to survive. While all the other stores been closed down.
Let me say I the food always tasted great ? my go to food at Sunflower is boneless crispy chicken with french fries. Fried dumplings, chicken wings, sweet and sour chicken and General Tso.
