Good afternoon I ordered a CT Chicken Bowl and in my experience the food was super bad with saying that the rice tastes like water with all the water he was overshot, and it looks like a plasticine. Leave your employees a good workout on how to make the rice. Wrong order then when got the right order ..food was cold and not good .i had brought it for my client whom is 95 yrs old and he complained. I was displeased for auch an expensive not good lunch .had to throw the others away. And the drive thur cashier was rude.

This place needs to be inspected, the customer rest room has been shut down since 2020. The Staff keeps on lying to customers that the rest room is out of service. I find it hard to believe that the toilet has been broken for 3 years. People should really stop coming to this

Immediately upon walking in all you smell is mold. I walked halfway into this establishment and left. No one at the front counter and everyone was in the back on there phone.

The food and the manager are always nice and I never really have a problem. Not even ordering on the app or through uber eats.
Do not ever go there and use your debit or credit card they will steal funds from it and say they can’t reverse it or the manager told me she didn’t know how to do it. I will never go there

Good Taco Bell. Others I put thar I want extra onions on the kiosk and they don't. Here they do so, im always going to this one.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp to get from street to the sidewalk to the front of Taco Bell, once inside to the register and back.

This Taco Bell is the worst of all I have visited, not only because of the bad treatment given by the store manager who seems to be racist but also because they do not allow you to use the restroom. I went a few days ago with my wife who is pregnant and she had to use the restroom, we asked to pass while we waited for our order but they said the bathroom was out of service but when my wife and I sat down to eat, we saw clearly how 2 employees used the bathroom. There's no way that I pay my money to eat in a place where they don't allow the costumers use the restroom and even worse if is a pregnant woman. They provide the worst service, most of the time they make the orders wrong, the soda machine is not working every time I go in and I always receive the worst treatment , at least they should let us the costumers use the restroom. I don't recommend it at all and that was my last visit. The owners should hire a general manager who is trained to deal with people and not a poorly educated like the one they have.
