I ordered some lunch from Uber eats and I was a bit disappointed. I ordered extra potatoes inside my cheesy fiesta potatoe bowls and the bowl was bigger but it was drowned in cheese! The potatoes were coming apart! I prefer them a bit crispy. I also got the option of buy 1 crunch wrap supreme and get 1 free. Thankfully they were wrapped to perfection but I did feel like it took a while to find the ground beef.

We literally waited 35 minutes for two small orders. Two quesadillas and two nacho fries. There was more than 5 people behind the line too. So many people were complaining on the wait. I’ve never been to a Taco Bell that does not understand wat fast food is.

The entrance was clean service was lacking staff gossiping on phone, the when the rest room was needed it was filthy. Urine smell from the floor,, Toilet & sink were nasty and only clean surface was the baby changing table.

Employees are rather slow. There's only two at every given time. I've waited 20 minutes for an order that, at my regular store, was 10 minutes or less. There's a man in my visit who's been there 30 minutes and is still waiting. Store doesn't have enough seating and people smoke directly outside the establishment.

When with my family and order 5 combos employee Tyrese M was prepping our food and he was throwing everything also did not put the ingredients that need it to be in so i had to ask for a refund and i will never come there because of him watch the camera to see the bad service that he was providing at the time of preparing the food also when giving me the refund
