Every time I come to this Taco Bell the customer service is terrible. The employees act like they don’t want to work, and the food is always served with an awful presentation. This isn’t the first time it happens, so it’s clearly an ongoing issue. They seriously need to improve both the staff’s attitude and the quality of service.

Inefficient, team often forgets to add the add ons to order whether it’s chicken to a burrito or onions to a taco. Always forgets the chips in delivery orders. Given multiple chances to the location but it always seems to be a lack of something here. I’m not charged any less for the subpar service so it’s a shame to receive it

I’m not even trying to be funny but this location gives me weird vibes. It’s 1 PM in the afternoon and I walked in to order on the kiosk. And a random child approached me after 2 minutes of me ordering and trying to log into my Taco Bell app saying the store is closed. I asked “why is the door open then?” He says “the manager just walked in and said we’re closed” I asked more questions but he was adamant about not wanting to answer them. It looked like he himself hated working there. I’m not even mad, I’m more disappointed and feeling pity for this place. If I didn’t know any better, I’d assume there’s some weird shady things going on at this location. But after reading the other reviews, I’m going to just chalk it up as they failed their food safety inspection and cannot take customers or sell food anymore (even though they don’t lock their doors, I guess they need to give the employees something to do)

The meat used is so bad and it stanks. I ordered a supreme crunch wrap and 2 chicken crunchy tacos, the chicken tasted so bad and I could smell it before I bit into it, then it dawn on me I HAVE NEVER SEEN AN EMPLOYEE EATING TACO BELL at this location. I throw 34 bucks of food away. something should of told me. Never again!

This place is horrific. If you order anything that needs to be fried beware their grease easily hasnt been changed in a year. Just nasty I almost died at the smell and taste of the food.

I don't know usually this taco bell in the bronx it isn't that bad compared to like other taco bells in the bronx where the customer service isn't that good and like one in westchester square were the customer service theyre is horrible and the workers look miserable
