Food is good on the regular. You need to get you leaks fixed coming out the ceiling.. also tell you staff stop mopping with dirty water… smells 100% of the time I come

That one star means a zero star. This is in a great location but the staff here sucks. Always selling cold soggy food. I don’t know why staff prepare people’s order like if they are getting bonuses for saving food. I spend my money to get empty chalupas and chicken less quesadillas. Instead of listening to music and dancing management should get on top of their staff or replace all of them. They get a zero on customer service as well . Don’t waste your time and money going here.

Ordered a chicken bowl ,chicken was hard and no Guacamole I told thr cashier that chicken bowl w/ Guacamoleshe said no it doesn't order#9a397b @5625BROADWAY, BRONX
The Cashier did not speak english at least not enough to understand my order.I got it home and it was all wrong.It was a big disappointment,I think I was overcharged. Would rather drive to Central Avenue Than to Go to This Taco Bell. The place has a peculiar odor.And other people I know have been disappointed in the service and the food.
