How can an extra meat burrito be smaller than a regular. I love Taco Bell and this has a lot to be desired. Then they were out of Cinnabons and they wouldn’t return my money because I ordered in the app.

I have been standing here 15 mins and nobody was in line... Im still waiting for this gentleman behind the counter to acknowledge me....
I never even got a 1st look. Nor a ill be w you in a minute. Theres 7 persons now infront of me getting and ordering food. The 30 mins in my meter expired..its Wednesday at 120 pm

this is the last time i'll ever go to this taco bell. there's always 3-4 people making the food, yet they make my order wrong every single time. yesterday they didn't give me 3 items I paid for (worth over $10). it's expensive as it is, but this will be the last time I go.

I don’t understand how you can mess up a persons order all the time. Seriously. This whole place needs a complete turnover because obviously the managers aren’t doing their jobs. Your employees mess up so much they should’ve been fired. How do you consistently leave things out or forget to send items? This is the worst Taco Bell ever with terrible customer service and obviously horrendous management. Would give zero stars but felt the need to warn people about this junky place.

One of the worst establishments ive been to. No bathroom. Flickering lights, staff look depressed. I love tacobell but had my worst quesadilla ever here. Got it folded in half and no chicken on half. Should do better. Shouldnt have to write this review. Mad expensive too.

this multi-national corporation should hire more workers and these workers should band together to demand higher wages. ordering here is a vision of corporate dystopia. ordered three items and a drink during dinner rush….took 25 minutes.
Actually the slowest service I have ever experienced for fast food. My friend and I went this past Saturday night at around 3 AM because we wanted to grab something quick before going home. It was EMPTY besides one other couple. The two workers took 40 minutes to make us our food—we ordered two Doritos locos tacos and a Crunchwrap supreme. Then when we finally got our food, we had to remind them that we also got a Baja blast. Understandable that they forgot since they received the order so long ago and decided to instead gripe about how people were still ordering food and standing and staring at the order screen. I strongly recommend that those two workers be given different shifts because they seem not only incapable of working at a reasonable pace, but also they don’t want to work that shift and it is painfully reflected in the speed at which they work. I understand it is late and sometimes, especially on a weekend, there can be a huge rush of orders and it’s difficult to manage, but when they actually started our food, it took less than five minutes to complete it. I generally find it ironic that we went to a fast food chain and were instead met with lethargy.

Terrible! I ordered everything vegetarian. Was looking forward to my order. Just for the potatoes to be rock hard! I immediately felt sick afterwards! Never again will I order from there.

I came here for those new mini crunch wrap sliders. I ordered the combo with a Baja freeze. I waited significantly longer than usual and when my food came out the tacos were soggy and the sliders were coming out the sides. Every time I go here there's new people working at this location. Save your money and time.
