I haven't been here for over a year because of my last experience so I decided to come and see if anything changed. Let me say that the food is way more better and the workers were very nice. Thank God they got rid of the other manager and the workers that were there, very professional and respectful bunch. I'll be coming back to this spot now.

I am the one who wrote the review about the issue with the change, that the girl charged from $50 and the change was like i give her $20 so today I went and I spoke to the manager Rosa and Shamika they both was really nice and in a good mood they returned me the remaining change I should have wait because they told me they was going to verify everything and make sure about my change and that if I was right they was going to take care of it. Today we resolve the issue I’m writing this because I couldn’t delete my first review

Waited 5 min to place order. Was told to use kiosk. They were too busy with drive thru. Told me I have to wait ten minutes. I was only one there.People showed up after me. They Were having problems with kiosk. I left crappie service
I was so disappointed when ordering my food of how many times after ordering the young lady by the name of Yasmin s had such a nasty attitude i said thank you so many times after ordering my food even when giving the money and after getting my food, not once she had the audacity to say your welcome .come on is the holidays she needs to be retrained for customer service I now we all have bad days but not one thank you. No way plz retrain her or just stay home.

I’ve been going here l for many years but now I will no longer dine here firstly the prices are absurd I spent a over $15 for the 2 chicken chalupa meal and even when it is not busy service is slow all they be doing is talking and not the orders and sometimes they are rudeIt crazy how things change so fast this location used to have cheap prices but now it’s too much !

my mom is 5 months pregnant, she went to this place at 12:40 am carving tacos. Her order was only 13.60 she paid with a $50 dollar bill her change was only $7.49 but Dytiese the cashier charge her if she paid with a $20 dollar bill , my mom went back when she noticed the manager of the place didn’t want to check the cameras or even cared to help her. ROSA is the manager she spoke to, the cashier name is DYTIESE.

I am 5 month pregnant and I went to this place craving some tacos at 12:40 am it was raining a lot and I had my two years old baby with me so I’ll pay with a $50 dollar bill but the cashier charged like if it was $20 dollars I went back when I noticed the change was $7.49 from $50 when my order was $13.60 and I spoke to the manager in charge the next day and she didn’t even bother her self checking the camara or if any cashier was over she say that I had to wait for the general manager shamika who is out of the country supposedly. I was told by Rosa to go back Wednesday I was serve by the cashier Dytiese that’s the name on the receipt. and the manager I spoke to was Rosa!!!
