It is the worst place to be served, you spend hours to pick up an order, the work staff looks like an ass and they treat the people and the deliveries badly.

I only used the drive thru, it was after dark and poorly lit. The drive thru has pot holes thru out, and the worst is the one right after you get the order. The app doesn't work on that location because it's a combo store it only sees the KFC. The food was cold and soggy, so it had been sitting around. The guy at the window wanted us to stop after every person and yelled at the woman ahead of me for not waiting. Oh and of course the receipts weren't printing. They made no effort to fix that it was overall a thumbs down. Can I give zero stars across the board.

Great customer service, from the staff who took our orders to the staff who served us. We went to the drive-thru and and a wonderful experience! The drive-thru lanes are so narrow though, they should widen it.

This is my second time getting food from here and I have lived in the bronx for 16 years and I live close by.The first time I got food here I was disappointed and I thought maybe 9 years later they got better.Nope it’s so dirty looking and dingy and when we pulled up to the drive thru to pay the cashier was half out the window telling us to stay away from the window.Creepy yes why don’t know it took them 10 mins to come back out to call us towards the window and it looked so disgusting inside but I was hungry so I said let’s just get it.The tortillas where old food was in edible and I did not have the engery to argue so we just threw it out.This place needs to be closed down or hire all new people and renovate.

This KFC has the worst employees. Always with an attitude when it comes to service the people. If you don’t want to work, wrap it up and go home. It’s obvious that you guys are not a people person. Ya in the wrong occupation. It’s so ridiculous that people spend the hard working money for a meal & a attitude. Then the drive through person on the shift of 7/23 1:00 pm shift is so flamboyant all in the rainbow that he thinks every male that passes the drive through is a skittle. The manager from the shift of 7/23 1:00pm is a great employee. The rest is ratchet especially the one taking the orders on the drive through intercom 7/23 1:00pm.
