It's HORRIBLE!!! The customer service was terrible she's disrespectful and doesn't care!! It's like she doesn't want to be there....then quit and get a new job!! She ask me what do I want when it's clears as day it says it on the receipt, she put my food on the counter and I had to ask her for a bag and she just put the bag on the counter with an attitude! I don't knw her name cause I made my order on the kiosk but she's rude.

The Food was ok I got ? something from deal section.i need to try some taco bell downtown to see the difference. The lady's where very nice u did not try the drinks because off the sugar.hope they get some sugar free drinks.

Out of all the Taco Bells I've visited, this one has the most neatly packaged box I've seen. Like no joke they work good and organized. Food is well made according to my accommodations. Thanks for putting the pro in fast food

Two stars for one of the workers that kinda acted like he cared. I placed a mobile order and went into the store to wait for it to be prepared. While preparing my order the servers shirt was rubbing against my tortilla because a portion of it was hanging off the counter. I kindly asked for them to be mindful because of the shirt rubbing on my food and the two diff workers stopped preparing my food and walked away. Another worker ended up completing the order. I was very pleasant, they clearly lack manners. Would you want someone’s dirty shirt rubbing on your food. Have some respect, I don’t even wanna eat fast food anymore.
I’ve been there twice and it’s always a mission to get your food in a timely manner, the place it’s always backed up on orders , witnessed how one of the counter server almost came to blows with a delivery guy from Uber just because he asked how long for his order to be ready no big deal smh, I don’t think the managers or owners are following up on these workers but there are a hot mess

Third time I come here while they have the Cantina items and they forget to put the Avocado Salsa in the bag. Luckily I check the bag before I leave. That sauce comes with the Cantina items, I shouldn't have to ask for it.
