Girl with the red hair didn’t think I would dine in after ordering my food for take out I decided to sit down she made my taco so cold not even the tortilla was heated ran off once I came over to counter for it to be remade without apology. Also ordered a chicken quesadilla which had a taste and not a good one first and very last visit to this location save your stomach from this place I spent money and threw my food in the garbage cause that’s how it tasted.

I love this Taco Bell on East Fordham.. the best service I have received from a chain restaurant.. check out there happy hour between 2-5pmAll drinks are a dollar and that dragonfruit freeze is everything.. and there Tuesday drops for dollars.. the whole staff is polite and courteous.. especially the manager she is a joy ?

I don’t think that this is a good location and honestly the chipotle place is the best option but in my opinion and I have eaten at many restaurants and does this place deserves 1 stars? Like the food and service is fine I LOVE Baja blast my beloved but tbh chipotle is way better and fresher just go there

Idk where the 5 stars reviews are coming from but I need to know when those employees are working cause my food was made with such little energy it’s insane. How am I missing a burrito, was giving the a different burrito instead of a taco and the new cantina taco doesn’t look anything like the picture. Ik it won’t look the same as the pic but that looks like a regular crunch taco.I’m missing about 6-8 dollars out of the 21 I spent today, how can your employees be this badly trained, like does Taco Bell even have managers and why was there nobody in the front and everyone in the back playing much and ignoring your customers.

Just ordered from Uber. A few things.The burritos are just insanity. I mean STUFFED. Very fresh.But, the staff did something I've NEVER seen. They actually WROTE on the wrappers which burritos were which, and included about 200 sauce packets and napkins.This was after 1pm on a weekday. Little things like that are appreciated.The workers here seem to give a damn.

I’m not happy… me and my family went to this location yesterday and these two female workers where making all of us uncomfortable as soon as we walked threw the door they continued to stare at us threw out the whole time we were there with there arms crossed looking at us as if we were doing something terrible when my cousins ordered something they kept checking there every move …. I never felt so unwelcomed in a Taco Bell and I will NOT be coming here again!!!
