Employee had a baby while working on the clock. Which violated health codes, each employee on the clock bashed and threw hot water on a disabled or mentally disabled person. The customer and bystanders called the police. This location should be shut down and the person who baby was behind the counter on the side of cash registers should be fined. This company location is horrible and the staff will hurt the customers and bring their kids to work while on the clock. Store location, date and time. I’m truly traumatized considering this happened in a franchise. Who can I speak with? Calling the better business bureau as well.

It's a pretty decent taco bell. I've only eaten downstairs. The upstairs is always blocked off but somehow people still go up the to eat. I've seen some people bring food from outside to eat. I don't know how the atmosphere is at night.

Quiet place which is surprising given the location being on fordham road. Quiet place, I still waited over 15 mins for three items. For a second I thought I was in a chipotle and not a fast food restaurant, but even chipotle would’ve been faster than this during a lunch rush hour. It is 430, the restaurant is empty. Why on earth did it take so long, I’ll never find out because this was definitely a one time thing.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The staff here are rude and completely careless. I came in to eat and politely asked if they could tell me where the subway was because I was lost — they responded, “We do not care.” The place also looked terribly dirty. I strongly suggest you avoid this place.

The worst customer service. The soda machine did not have anymore Pepsi and none of the employees wanted to refill it. They were giving a very bad attitude. I had to ask them more than 3 times to please help me. Then they decided to replace it and ended up saying there was not more Pepsi in the back. They never offered me a refund Just water or orange juice. I asked them again 2 more times that what they were going to do and finally gave a refund. Don’t visit this place ever. They are rude people.

The crunch wrap supreme is top quality ingreidients. The beef is ground premium usda grade. The cheese is sharp and tasty fresh. The lettuce is crisp and fresh. The sour creme and sauce is tasty and fresh.
Always ask for fda back premium beef top quality and they should have it.
I mentioned organic technology to produce organic compounds matching top quality usda beef, in taste, texture, and nutritional value. So we may have an unlimted supply of the beef without over slaughter or food fights for resources.

I gave this rating only because of the staff of Freddy, Mayelin, the guy with the arm sleeve tattoo and the other Spanish girl who are ALWAYS gossiping every single time I go there. They pay mind to their personal lives and gossip way more than they do with their customers and making the food right for us. Seriously, this is all the time when I go in there. When Krys and Wanda are there, you don't see any of this and when Jesus was working here, everything was perfect but as soon as they send him to another location and have those 4 take over, everything turns to crap. I can't wait for these 4 to be shifted somewhere else because if they don't, I will have to file a complaint to the higher ups about them.

Great value for money. Friendly service and pretty quick too. Reasonable vegetarian selections. Drinks are not free unfortunately. Coffee should be skipped. The desserts are good but high calories so should be skipped. 7 layer burrito was good but one layer was missing perhaps during construction. Overall a memorable experience of high quality dining.
My order was missing items and Uber eats was no help, they didn’t even give my full refund and Taco Bell employees don’t even answer the phone I would never order from Taco Bell or use uber eats ever again and I will never recommend Taco Bell or uber eats to anyone.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Girl with the red hair didn’t think I would dine in after ordering my food for take out I decided to sit down she made my taco so cold not even the tortilla was heated ran off once I came over to counter for it to be remade without apology. Also ordered a chicken quesadilla which had a taste and not a good one first and very last visit to this location save your stomach from this place I spent money and threw my food in the garbage cause that’s how it tasted.
