This Taco Bell location is good. I always get good service. However, their coffee/hot water machine is never in service. How much better it would be if they serve hot liquids during the winter months.

I usually order food for delivery here or pick up as it's a Taco Bell nearby, and the food can be either a hit some days or a miss the others. Decent yes. In-person? Clean, yes. Phone number works? Absolutely no answer ever, I've had past complaints on some of my delivered food but let it slide due to the phone not ever working...however, this is unhygienic and disgusting. I found a blue (dirty, looks even used, no clue) sticker on the chicken quesadilla. I've ordered three, and one came with this. To add, I ordered one with sour cream and it didn't came with sour cream. If it did, it was hard to notice as they didn't label it and it was checked. What is even this sticker? I thought maybe it's the tortilla packages, but even then it's weird as even when peeled off, it was used? I'm honestly getting in contact with the international customer service department or whatever that number/email takes me. Luckily, it was noticed right away and not on the other side. I honestly can't figure any excuses for this, and I'm usually understanding.

For being a franchise in the South Bronx, it's really decent. The people that work the lunch shift are generally courteous, the customers are often rude but they aren't nasty back.

I placed my order through UBER that included two cinnamon twists, BUT I only received one. I Don't report it because I'm not so ridiculous to report $2 dollars. But they must be more careful next time with the orders, so that we receive it in full. Next time I wouldn't mind if it's $2 dollars, I'm going to report it and I'll stop ordering food in that place, because it's not fair for a good client to be mistreated.

The clerks there were impatient and lukewarm. A female clerk “yelled” out our name when she dispatched our food, which brought a shame to our experience.

The workers spend a lot of time talking to each other, they do not wear masks when speaking and they take too long since they are talking about their issues, it is truly a very bad experience.

The space is small, it only has 4 tables to be in front of a stadium like Yankee Stadium. I do not recommend it on game days, because it is chaos to be able to enter that place.
