Food was ok manageable

I had a very disappointing experience at this grocery store. The staff are extremely rude, unprofessional, and seem poorly trained. They don’t know how to treat customers or delivery personnel with basic respect. Communication is terrible, and their behavior is downright hostile. On top of that, the store lacks hygiene and cleanliness. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this place—it's run by people who clearly don’t care about customer service.

I didn't realize it was a multi-style store until I saw the Blimpie sign. also no pork. But it was excellent.

Oh man, I'm in my late 50s, and I grew up on Blimpies!!! When I googled it and saw it was close oh my!!! I go atleast every two weeks if I'm not on a cruise. I always get a number 1 and a blimpies best. It lasts for almost the whole week.

Told the cook I’m allergic to eggs don’t cook my bacon near eggs and as u can see it’s egg on my bacon
I called the store back there swearing up and down there’s no egg on my bacon calling me a liar basically
Poor listening skills as well as cross contamination , get some real knowledgeable cooks in there with common sense please this is unacceptable

So I would give this place 5 stars but the prices are quite expensive. The food isn't bad, depending on what you get. Do not get fruit from them. I was so sick after getting fruit from them and had to miss work. Thats just my experience.

Ordered a vegan chicken club. The guy hands me a hero instead. I’m in a rush for work so I assume they misheard me and gave me a hero. But to make sure, I say, this is the vegan chicken sandwich? He says yes. I go to work. I get there and the guy gave me the completely wrong sandwich. It was a chicken wrap on a hero with cheese. I call the store to explain and just want to know what’s on the sandwich to see if it’s safe for me to eat (diet restrictions) and the guy is telling me not to worry and just to come in and return the sandwich for the other one. I tell him I’m at work and can’t, and that I’ll keep the sandwich, if he could just tell me what was ordered. He proceeds to not understand me. So not only is the customer service bad, but good luck getting a complaint because their English is not good to understand what you’re saying. Ended up spending $20 for no reason. Last time I go here. The place only gets business because it’s the only “healthy” option around the Bronx in that area.

I have a love hate thing for this establishment. The pros are it's conveniently placed close to the hospital so it provides easy access to grub when hungry, this store has a Blimpies stationed in the store and serves classic great sandwiches. The store offers a variety of food options, sandwiches ( Blimpies or deli made ) hot & cold, smoothies and juice drinks, etc. You can order from the app which is recommended because the order is written down and minimizes the order being screwed up which leads to the cons of what I'm about to state.

IF YOU CALL AND PLACE AN ORDER THAT CONSISTS OF MORE THAN ONE ITEM { i.e; a wrap and a sandwich } THEY WILL SCREW THE ORDER UP! When on the phone ordering they hang up on you, speak to you rudely, no customer service etiquette, when confronting the manager or person in charge about said grievance you will be brushed off as if your complaint means nothing. Many times I've been brushed off and it becomes frustrating where I want to take my order and throw it in their face. I remain civil nonetheless and keep business, business+ you should never argue with the person serving your food. Overall the food is great, the service sucks.

Food is great and impeccable but they tend to forget utensils like straws and things of that nature a lot when you order a drink or anything that would require utensils via food delivery app but other then that great place

This is the most disgusting place ever to order via Uber Eats. They really don’t care about your order at all. Everything comes so nasty. So disappointed! I have more than 200,000 followers on IG and I’ll make sure everyone knows how disgusting this place is.

Your employees need training in germs. Germs move around and working in a hospital setting means changing your gloves after you've picked up dirty boxes off the contaminated floor before you touch anything in the deli section. Using tongs to put fruit in a blender doesn't mean you won't cross contaminate especially when you scoop up the ice and the ice chips touched your gloves is proof of cross contamination. Instead of acknowledging his wrong when I politely asked him to please change his gloves, he continued about how that's not necessary. Obviously, he's ignorant and disgusting. Shame on you for that! I wonder how many people didn't notice and got sick. That needs to be addressed. Careless and unprofessional. Education is key!
