I ordered through seamless. The portions are pretty big for about under $15 each but flavor is lacking. Chicken gyozas were fresh and crispy.

Food is amazing but both cashiers were absolutely rude . I handed the receipt and he just left my hand there . One thing I do know is I've had way better Japanese customer service then this ! This was a disgrace

The absolute worst food. It arrived cold, great. The dumplings barely had anything inside. The spring rolls were basically hollow The chicken teriyaki was just overly salted greasy chicken. I am definitely just taking this as a loss and throwing it away.

I order from here on uber eats horrible they gave boneless chicken with no sauce dry so dry. And didn’t answer the phone when I called. Never order from here.

I had a really bad experience, I made an order by mistake and immediately canceled the order. I understand they can charge a cancellation fee, but not the total cost of my food. I was charged $27.15 for cancellation. I believe it was quite excessive especially since I cancelled the order immediately. Overall poor experience.
Edit: it was through Uber eats. Sorry I can’t reply directly. I hate burdening this business but I still do believe that $27.15 cancellation charge is a bit absurd. I called Uber eats and they said that I was supposed to call the business rather than them. They said they could do nothing about it. I called earlier but I didn’t get a response.
