I ordered a 4 piece and only got 3. Never realized till i got back to work. But it was fine my work mate gave me a piece of hers lol. The cold slaw was not very good. I personally dont like biscuit but those that are it said it was really good. So imma take there word for it. The chicken was ok and very crispy. I didnt love the hot sause but it was ok. Id try there food again. Wish they had more dessert options though. Like pie or something. Gotta have sweets after i eat ?.

This place is the worst, they offer family meals and when u ask for ur chicken they give u whatever they want or what is convenient for them at the time because they are lazy. There’s an African cashier man who works there that has a stank attitude and is very rude. He needs training on patience and professionalism. It’s 6pm they close at 12am but they don’t want to make anymore chicken. When I go out I buy plenty of food but they have lost my business and times are too hard to just give ur money away to businesses who do not appreciate ur contribution. They obviously don’t need my money. The owner needs to b more involved before he ends up out of business.

Its a decent place. The food isn't bad if your looking for fast food. The discounts are plentiful so look out for them. Personally I think the individual combos are to expensive for take out chicken js , my two cents. Other than make sure you chk the burger cause even though I ask for no mayo it usually shows up ! Smh lol

Texas has the best spicy chicken hands down. But this location isn't one of those. I purchased two of the three piece boxes. Now the guy behind the counter was professional enough to tell me he was substituting pieces. He had no spicy wings so he gave me legs. Funny thing I don't like the legs... Now of course I didn't realize this prior to driving off. The chicken was a bit on the old side which is strange to me from thus chain. Guess the Bronx hasn't caught up with the Brooklyn stores in that aspect. Never had such an experience out there... Well at least I did have a spicy thigh. But still in the its been sitting too long under the heat lamp.... Don't believe I'll visit this location again.
