I Used to go there because it's halal. And They used to have good fried chicken but now their food is not as good as before. And customer service sucks. I ordered a combo then he gave me only a sandwich. They don't give any ketchup or sauce. Last time when I dined in I had to go to the counter 4 times to ask for sauce and they'll give 2 sauces. Then I took it out the next day and he didn't even give me any sauce. I don't understand what they think. So really bad service.
I'm pretty much a picky eater when it comes down to purchasing any outside fast food. Preferring to just make whatever I want myself when I get home. With the exception of the Tex chicken & Burger place nearby. Everything is simple just the way I believe it should be. The place is clean, low key and the chicken is perfect and not looking like it was swimming in oil as I have experienced in other main stream chicken spots.

I ordered 10 pieces of chicken and a large fry. When I got my receipt I saw they charged me a different price than the menu board. When I brought it to their attention I was told they changed the prices in the register not the menu board. Every one check your receipt. My chicken was too dry and the place was dirty.

I, must admit for a fast food chain, this has probably been the best so far, the location is in the bronx , and the food was very fresh including the lettuce and tomatoes and especially the fries, the beyond burger was made well done, just as I asked and the service was great, very friendly staff, thank you, I will visit again

I ordered 3 mild and 3 spicy chicken burgers to go. From the time they took to prepare my order, it seemed like they made it fresh. But the chicken was not cooked proper, it was very hard to chew, and it wasn't crunchy at all.
