The bathroom is always dirty. There is never a hostess waiting at the stand. The waiters are not attentive. The lemons for the water were presented in a plastic cup and looked used already. I asked for the endless apps menu and got a list of included apps written on a little piece of paper. Don't waste your time coming here!

Service needs to be better. And it seems like everyone has an attitude, especially our waitress. We waited 35 minutes for food, just for them to come out with fries instead of onions rings. Once they saw we were frustrated that's when they picked up the slack. I highly doubt I'll be back to this place. I'll take the extra drive to go somewhere else, cause this seems like the only one over here. I love TGI Fridays food though.

Arrived at 10:50 p.m. last night. Waited 15 minutes for a server to come and take our orders. Did not get food till 11:30 p.m. 15.minutes later we are being ushered out because it's last call and time to collect plates, etc. Also charging $2 for avocado when it's one slice cut into fourths. Kitchen crew can be heard yelling and cursing from dining area. Hostess is eating and chewing food as she is welcoming and customers to their areas. Poor management.

Service is absolutely terrible. No one greets you when you order over the phone. The staff just ignores you at times. Management is inept. Consistently gets your order wrong. Maybe they feel since it’s located in the “Hood”, the “Hood” doesn’t deserve quality service. Never again!!!!

After a long day at the office for myself. Me and the kids stop in for a quick bite. After waiting to about 5 min for someone to seat us, we then waited another hour for our meal. There was no apologies. This is not the service you expect of such a large recognize franchise. I am honestly disappointed. Me and the kids has visited this and many Fridays and this as to be one of the most disappointed visit.

Omg I really wanted to go here to treat my kid. We are low on cash so thought it would be great cause the half off appetizers. First the poor guy at the bar was the only one serving the whole bar area in and around the bar. So he took for ever to take our order and then he was taking the white people and then his people and I guess he know he wasn't getting much of a tip from me so I aint mad at ya. Then YUCK I am so mad that after we ate I went to wash my sons hands and there was no soap in a bathroom that employees use. So guess who was serving everyone with nasty hands

Food was alright, French fries came out cold. Cod fish sandwich was okay. the bun was larger than fish. didn't like Apple Martini and exchange it for red wine. a quick eat is good.
