Food is mostly consistent but be wary! I got the exact same thing twice in a day: C4 drink (4.49) & a water (3.50). In the morning I was charged 7.91 but in the afternoon I was charged 8.32?! Very weird, mind you I got a bag in the morning so definitely brings some suspicion about reprimand-able pricing… proceed with caution.
I would give it 5 stars because it's a really nice deli however the day time cook doesn't listen well, has the poorest customer service and made my experience less than enjoyable. I've been getting food from the night time cook for the past month. His customer service is impeccable and he's attentive. I switched up and went here for lunch yesterday. The worst experience ever and the food tasted like it. What a difference a shift makes. I'll only order...
In the heart of the Bronx you can even find a much better store than this one in the entire area. Who has the best coffee, they make the best sandwiches, the staff is totally nice, they are super and unique, the more you will find something that you can complain about, their prices are all affordable prices for the community.
