A small cafeteria. Pleasant and calm atmosphere. We stopped for a drink. ...a quiet place recommended for computer work. kind service.

The cafe at Wave Hill is very roomy, and there is quite a bit of variety for its size, though the food is not very remarkable. There are plenty of staff, who are fairly friendly, when I visited last they didn't have milk for my coffee which was disappointing, but they gave me almond milk. Oh and the view, it is spectacular in every season.

My favorite chicken sandwich at a museum or cultural institution is here. I don't know why, I love it so, but it's great and I recommend it.They also offer a good selection of drinks, snacks and other foods but the chicken sandwich. Trust me. It's better than decent.

The kitchen apparently closes an hour early, although the cafe itself stays open until the time posted.

Overpriced. A burger is like 15 dollars.

My daughter and I are having late breakfast/ lunch there every week, and it is a resourcing experience .We not only love the venue but the quality of the food serve is unique, especially the vegetables ( I ordered the Grain/ Kale salad and the quality of the Kale was exceptional. I usually do not like kale but now, I do!).Additionally the menu always offers new options and we have enjoyable surprises.

The Café at Wave Hill truly exceeded all my expectations! The portions are fair, tasty, fresh and generally well blanched. The fact that they use locally sourced ingredients is also a wonderful bonus. We had Cobb salad, chicken caesar wrap, and a breaded chicken sandwich. The indoor dining area is in a beautifully historic building and many of the meals offered are made by kitchen staff to order. It was clean and the workers were wonderful, even at peak hours, but the outside dinning section stole the show for us. Having a quick bite surrounded by nature enhances the whole experience.

Not to much there to get, & overpriced. Wave Hill other than that is great though.

You are not allowed to bring your own food, so food is ridiculously expensive.
