Food is good, service needs improvement. In the beginning good, but before coffee and dessert we were given check. Had to wait 15 mins before dessert order was taken, then had to wait for a pot of coffee to brew. But the biggest turn off was the menus were so worn out. Peeling and dirty. For the money they charge there is no excuse to have dirty, peeling menus. The germs that are on the edges. Second the floor around the booths, there is dirt. The runners are dirty, No excuse especially when no one is sitting in the booths. The place needs a big cleaning and the wood work needs paint. If the dining room is run down, how clean is the kitchen?

I Did Takeout And It Was My First Time Trying This Place, I Ordered The Snow Crab Legs With Baltimore Seasoning And Fettuccine Alfredo. The Food Was Really Good The Crabs Was Very Flavorful & The Service Was Amazing. The Lady Taking My Order Was Very Helpful & I Will Definitely Be Back To Dine In!

My family came here on the afternoon of Sat aug 17. Right after my wedding. There were about 16 of us. We called ahead and was told this was fine.
When getting there, the large heavy set sassy male server was just rude. He had such a horrible vibe and nasty attitude. We got stuck in a hot tent, wobbly tables, and the lady manager there tried to accommodate us the best she could.
The server was originally rude about us asking to split a check, us asking to put tables together…..I honestly don’t even know this guy works in a restaurant. He was nothing but rude and nasty.
We went to crab shanty bc it WAS a family favorite, and I expected just NORMAL service that day. The service that day was horrible. I will never go back. My family will not go back. It was a terrible experience.
