I had a 70th surprise lunch party for my father at Crab Shanty. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. We were able to dine in the garden room which provided privacy for my party. Food is good, service needs improvement. In the beginning good, but before coffee and dessert we were given check. Had to wait 15 mins before dessert order was taken, then had to wait for a pot of coffee to brew. But the biggest turn off was the menus were so worn out. Peeling and dirty. For the money they charge there is no excuse to have dirty, peeling menus. The germs that are on the edges. Second the floor around the booths, there is dirt. The runners are dirty, No excuse...
Good service, fast food, great drinks.
Prices have gone up but food portions are the same.
You are better off getting a family meal, to share it's a lot and feeds up to 3-4 people.
The bread will fill you up with drinks before the food comes. You may have food to take home. If you got a family.
