The food has gone downhill as has the service. This use to be my go to place that I visited weekly. But the food no longer taste good.

The food is pretty good but its insane that the service is so slow and some of the workers as so rude. Makes you feel like you’re begging for food.

I’m a person who’s on the go a lot so I typically place orders online for pick up to avoid the line a waiting. First off I understand the move to having the uber/doordash pick ups wait outside to pick up orders so they don’t block the way. But have regular customers stand outside in the cold waiting is crazy to me.

It would be different if you placed your order and went to go pick it up and it was ready so you’re just grabbing and going but the process is nothing like that. I always place my orders 20-30 mins before I head over to pick it up cause I understand that they have to take care of other customers and other orders. I don’t even mind waiting a little when I get there. But waiting outside for 10-15+ plus is insane. There’s times people who walked into to order after I got there left before me. And then to top it off the workers will see you at the window … and just stare at you and then look away this happened to me one time when I was literally staring at my order . I’m just fed up with the service so today was my last time ordering from here.

Food tastes great. However, the new white boxes they are using to serve food in are absolute garbage. The boxes leak and get saturated by the gravy inside of it sooo badly that even the napkins that were in the bag got wet too. I guess they are trying to find the cheapest option to serve food in that’s y they stopped serving in the plastic containers but this is horrible. By the time I got to my destination which was 15 minutes from the store, the box was just seeping fluid. Nov 26, 2025

Nothing was spectacular about there. The frozen roasted and froed breadfruit smelled rotten that we purchased, the fry dumplings and festival as good. The curry chicken as spicy and alot was shared but please stop serving curry chicken in those paper box because by the time you get home etc. the box is wet and saggy. Understand y'all looking to cut cost but for curry chicken that can ruin things please dont serve to go in those paper boxes.... All in all it was an ok experience 👌 Oh and we never got our serving of fried plantains but didn't notice until we got home Friday night.

On line waiting to purchase some dumplings and fish. Many people waiting. Many people serving, yet service slow like wow!!! Jamaicans, oonu haffi do better!!! Good food but almost always poor service. I only patronize your establishment because my daughter likes your fish and dumpling. Otherwise, hell no! I don't pay for poor service.

The food here is solid; definitely better than the nearby competition BUT that’s where the praise ends. The service is CONSISTENTLY slow, whether in person or via delivery. It feels like the owners were more focused on trying to shut down a competing restaurant than on building a customer friendly experience OF THEIR OWN. Ironically, while not good on food, the other place offers a more welcoming atmosphere and service.
Despite having plenty of space, there’s nowhere to sit. The layout and planning seem rushed and not well thought out. It’s disappointing when BUSINESSES FORGET that customers always have the option to spend their money elsewhere.
If more people spoke up and expected better, especially when CHOOSING where to spend their money, maybe we’d all get better service. Because if we all took our business elsewhere, there would be no business left for them to run. I’m tired of places taking on more than they can clearly manage, and then expecting customers to accept it. We don’t have to.

Stop selling the old rubbery fish, you charge enough for de food.. me want my fish fresh and hot .. not to get home it's cold and rubbery even if you warm it... no Good.. and as for that chicken Horrible i got fries and chicken stop use the seasoning that u used .. yeah do better and 4$&15 cents for 1 piece of salt fish.. u pizza Maddddd😡
