Charming, fun and lovely! Not only are the ambience , food and drinks great, but the staff is so kind and equally jolly. We brought our wedding entourage to the pub after our formal luncheon and the entire Punchbowl crew was so welcoming and accomodating to our marching band of musicians and gaggle of friends/ family. They helped us create a beautiful, memorable afternoon. This pub has so much character and is the perfect place to pop in at any time of day when in Mayfair! We'll...
You know what? I used to go here back when after hours was still a thing in NYC pre-covid. I'll give Punch Bowl four stars because while I'm not a fan of some of the crowd, I respect their vintage turn of the century decor (as one of the oldest bars in the Bronx) and because they are one of the last of a dying breed...the dice bar. They stood their ground, opened back up and remained standing post Covid, which is kind of sort of still here. For that, they get my kudos...
