I got to the place and was excited to order a salad, I couldn’t find the pricing or anything on the menu because there was this really long video on the menu screen!!!
I ended up being charged almost $20 for a salad (after also being charged to pay with a card).
Never visiting again and do NOT advise to ANYONE to order anything from any Bronx grocery store without making SURE you know what you’re gonna end up paying.
The salad wasn’t good btw. It tasted like fridge and the chicken was dry and tasteless.

i have been to almost every deli in nyc and this deli is gonna give you the best sandwich you can find. and idk what that lady is talking about but their customer service is perfectly fine, they havent disrespected anyone from what ive seen and i go here at least three times a week. if you got a problem with this deli, maybe YOU'RE the problem. they're mad nice and im usually awkward, other than that, 10/10 for me. i like specific foods and snacks and they always got it.
Worst customer service ever. I ordered a sandwich for my mom and I before our road trip back home in which was made incorrectly. After going back in to rectify the situation the owners som was cooperative. However, when I went to explain to the cook what cheese to use, another cook by the name of Alex intervened because he thought i was talking to him. He began to raise his voice with me because he mistakenly thought i was talking to him. The owners son did not do anything but say he to me “he is my brother,” instead of acknowledging his brother rudely customer service. This event was traumatic as I was accompanied by my 3 yr old daughter into the store. I will continue to use my voice in this matter and protect further women from becoming a victim in this store.
