I ordered a hot Boba and upon receiving it I realized it was cold I kindly told the worker I ordered a hot and not a cold I was surprisingly met with attitude and I was told I didn't order a hot. I will not be ordering from here for a long time until the staff had fixed there attitude.

The bubble tea was great but the service was very lacking. The two girls that were working on 12/14th around 7pm were exceptional rude and dismissive. Especially the one with the pink hair. Did not appreciate her attitude!

The boba is decent. but the prices are outrageous and the 1 of the servers is really mean. 8 dollars for a MEDIUM BROWN SUGAR BOBA should be illegal. the Menu says $5.75 for a medium, but when i ordered the charge was 8 dollars. The medium is small compared to other boba shops, and the menu is not accurate to the pricing. Unless it is and the server just lied in my face because she honestly seemed like the type to do so.

Really nice staff, great bubble tea. I really enjoyed my coffee bubble tea. My buddy got a passion fruit one and said it was excellent as well.It's in the food court and right out in the open. Great stuff.

This place is really good don’t get me wrong but the strawberry popping boba it has it symptoms. For example when we got home after drinking the strawberry popping boba my stomach really hurt same with my cousin she threw up the day after drinking the strawberry popping boba. Before we got home I threw up as well. Also the Korean corn dogs are really small and you can finish it in like 2 mins.
So this is a Boba tea spot but none of the drinks come WITH BOBA. you have to pay for boba. The Korean corn dogs are tiny. 3 bites big for the same price you get a huge one in flushing or China town manhattan. Not worth it. At ALL

Out of all the bubble tea places, this is my favorite! I always come all the way to bay plaza not for the shopping, but for the tea! Delicious drinks & food! coming here is a MUST! Long lines, but staff is always fast, efficient, and nice! I hope you guys open more stores. Thank you for all your hard work! - from blue hair girl, your regular customer :) *PS you guys should have a rewards program for your loyal customers :(Kid-friendliness: If I looked unsure about what flavor I want, staff always offers to let me try. They are so nice! If I forgot a topping, they always fix it for me with no problem. Thank you guys!
