One of my favorite places in NYC.Food, Service and Ambience are always amazing here.Live music from local artist Thursday to Sunday.The secret to the success of this establishment is the staff. They are hard working, attentive, and always make you feel welcomed, like family. Bartenders usually know what you are drinking when you come back the 3rd time and are always quick to serve, even when there is no space at the bar. In the kitchen is the matriarch, Mama Henry, the Owners mother. She makes every sauces, flan, beans, and many more items from scratch.Happy Hours are from open to 7:00PM on weekdays, their sangria, margaritas are strong and on point and come in many fresh fruit flavors.Some must haves on the tapas are the empanadas, mofonguitos, pulpo, tostones and chorizo, bacon wrapped dates, canastitas de bacalao, for mains the churrasco, paella and salmon are amazing.I used to bartend here for 6 years and I never once was tired of the food, this place is like family to me.Truly a neighborhood gem.

I came here because a close friend recommended it. It exceeded my expectations! From the moment we entered the staff was so kind and funny. Junior was our server and he was great! The live performance was entertaining and the food was AMAZING. It was such a great vibe, I can’t wait to come again.

Since moving to the Riverdale area (a few years ago) I have yet to find another place with anything close to Tin Marin’s service, ambiance, food &/or cocktails. From the moment I walked in the very first time until recent their welcome has always been that of smiles and great energy. Their tapas (I recommend the Lamb chops) are amazing and the Churrasco is mouth watering. The young ladies behind the bar were quick to remember my signature drink (The Nestor) & thats always a good sign of attentiveness. Topping things off is the great live music Thursday-Sunday.Whenever in the area or not… swing by… you’ll be happy you did!

Food (3) Average, fine, middle of the road. Nothing good and nothing bad to say. Ordered the filet mignon. Was not especially flavorful, different, special or memorable. Also was not bad. Ordered medium rare. Did not get medium rare.Service (3) Likely a generous rating. Service should probably be lower. Server checked once every 40 minutes. Did not get refills. Took a long time to get the check. Took even longer to get our credit card returned. Had to get up and go to the server and ask for the receipt.Atmosphere (4) Went on an evening with live entertainment. Entertainment was talented, enjoyable and a good pick for the night. The crowd seemed to be engaged.

First time going here and I fell in love with this place. Sunday at 9pm my husband and I wanted a late night snack and drinks around the neighborhood. The food, drinks, service, and live music was perfect. We only ordered appetizers: Pastelitos of chicken and mozzarella, Croquetas de pescado , Tostones iberico, and Datiles. Our favorite for sure were the Croquetas and Datiles. I never tasted something so good as the Datiles, which are dates stuffed with blue cheese and wrapped in bacon. It was a tasting experience of sweet and savory. I would definitely come back just for those lol. Also, we had the drink "Un Sandy", it doesn't have sugar, perfect to taste the lime and mint. Oh, and the bread & oil they give in the beginning is divineeee! Our experience here was awesome. Thank you so much.
