I have ordered from this place before and enjoyed their sandwiches in the past. However, I just ordered from them and the bread tasted stale and the "fresh mozz" tasted and smelled very funky. Was very disappointed, especially since they brag on making fresh mozzarella every day. It surely didn't taste like it.

It was a good place with good food and really good service. Parking is a challenge, but it's worth it.

I was going to say hello to Tino while having his lunch in front of the TV but I didn’t.The sandwich I had for $12.50 was awful Chicken Cutlet #1 and I mean awful. Tino serve a nice piece of chicken cutlet instead of eating breadcrumbs. I know he would not eat that himself.Serve nice pieces of chicken. I don’t want to give anyplace a bad review. I just paid $12.50 for nice bread.

Friendly people that make good sandwiches. The prosciutto with Barada with balsamic glaze was pretty good. The pasta fagoili was not bad, but they microwave it.

Rude/Not helpful/Bad customer serviceI stopped by today during the afternoon (not busy at all , few empty tables) .. tried asking a question on the Italy culture/food and was told by an employee just standing behind the counter "She was too busy to answer any questions" , ? ... there are definitely BETTER spots on little Italy to visit /eat at then this.

Very good food! So this place was highly recommended as this is my friends' go-to sandwich/pizza place. I've only tried their sandwich (Infierno, Davide, Gian Luca) - they were really good. Infierno is a bit spicy and the other two are not. We also love eating the peppers with goat cheese in olive oil. As the owner wrote, service is personal and it is. The owners know their customers really well. I have yet to try their pizza but will come back for an edit if I ever end up trying it. Their Gelato looks good too.
