Okay,I’ve been to this dinner in August and it was great. An Elderly Hispanic man was my server and an elderly man was the host, they were amazing.Today, I go in and it was awful and uncomfortable. The lady with the blonde hair, honestly needs to receive customer service training. She makes the environment uncomfortable, talks too much, and pressures people for tips. An elderly man had to tell her to keep her mouth close, it was that awful.

I’m giving this place 5 stars because they’ve got charm. Is the service overall 5 stars? Prolly not. But it’s 5 stars of sweetness. The staff is maybe a little scatterbrained, but really sweet and they got the orders right. So that’s what counts. :) The cook (is that “Tiny”?!) is also old school .. and/but the food is good! Much better than most diners in a 5 mile radius. Last but not least, the vibe if you dine in, is just too cool. Feels like you’re part of a movie set or something. Definitely putting this one on the top of my list of diners I love.
Don’t normally get this suprised with a diner but the food was great! I usually hate sausage because they’re too greasy but they made them perfectly and the eggs were exactly sunny side up like I requested. The people were super nice and just a good experience overall.

I was in the Bronx today looking for a place for breakfast and I happened upon Tinys Diner. This little spot made us an Excellent breakfast. I had the French toast made with challah bread and it was so good I ate the whole thing. I never finish my breakfast but this time I practically licked the plate. Then I asked the guy if he could make an egg cream and he said, "could I ever". He made us some egg creams that tasted like the ones I used to get when I was a teenager. This little spot was not so Tiny after all. Highly recommended...

Tiny diner such a cute old fashion setting with the old booths -great service and friendly server best of all great breakfast-oh what I love of these old fashion diners is that they serve my favorite cream soda vanilla yummy.

We strolled upon this place by pure accident. It was such an amazing meal that we ate it all before we could get a picture. The service was constant and patient and the food was amazing. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area.

We came for the grits - they tasted very good. The dry toast was exceptionally crunchy - just the way we like it. We ordered two different types of omelets - they were generous with the veggies and the mushrooms were delicious (mine was slightly greasy). The server came by our table for coffee refills right when we needed them. All the staff were professional and helpful - especially Paco. It would have been nice to have some mellow background music but we arrived soon after opening with just a few customers and it was very quiet - not bad, but a little music would have made it better. Recommended!
