Not sure about the Twin Donut side of the store but the Blimpie side does not represent the name brand. Went there to get a Blimpie hero with ham and they had no Swiss cheese, no Red Onions and no Black olives. Left the place and got a great sandwich at a local bodega at half the price. I love Blimpies but this place does not represent the franchise.

On my break, I found a Twin Donut restaurant near me. I was pleased that they serve really good subs. I chose the Meatball Parmigiana as my order to stay. It turns out that the customer service was really great, as they asked me if I needed anything else. When I sat, I took my time with the Meatball Parmigiana. The place was mellow, clean, and I felt like I could chill there. Thank you Twin Donut!
Vegetarian options: There are vegan options, as you can select a wide variety of pastries at Twin Donut. Also, you can order pancakes with no meat in your order.
The only blimpies left in the south Bronx and it’s very very much appreciated. Only problem I have is they don’t have wheat bread everyday and that’s a problem for me who don’t eat whit bread

Small place. They serve blimpie sandwiches on one side. You can get twin donuts/ desserts on the other. They also serve ice cream.

The cashier is a true gem. Sweet and personable. I hope she’s well compensated. The cook was super fast and efficient. Honestly, this place could use a face lift but overall it’s pretty clean. The food was good and hot like I like it. Keep up the good work, see you next time I have to come to court to pay some tickets ?
