Absolutely horrible. I placed an order a day in advance for a bunch of food for our birthday party and the food was supposed to be delivered at noon the next day. At a quarter to noon, they sent an email saying that it was canceled. Completely unacceptable. There was no food for the party and we had to wait another hour. By the time we re-ordered from another restaurant. Don’t trust this place on seamless or uber eats!!

Not welcoming, terrible customer service, Rude af especially the older gentleman, dirty and I’ve tasted better food at the hospital. Will never return.

I will never ever order food from your restaurant ever again!!!! You should ashamed of yourself serving food wasn’t even fresh at all. I feel so disappointed and disrespectful. From Grubhub I have order curry goat with the rice and peas suddenly you guys gave just bunch of bones what kind of mess is that. As for the rice and peas it has sour watery smell which is disgusting. As for boneless chicken Rasta Pasta you guys gave me shredded up cheese and penne noodle covered like it being throw together like what kind of crap is that. I have also ordered Salt fish fried dumplings for my mother when the restaurant call me stated it wasn’t available. So I have to order chicken soup with fried dumplings. Once again this soup has chicken bone and vegetables seem like it old not fresh. For the fried dumplings part it too hard for my mother to chew it. Since yesterday on August 21 until now my family and I are now sick my mom just had surgery. I reached out to customer service Grubhub you guys refuses refund my money back due to you guys poorly bad quality food. I am so done with this restaurant yall restaurant food sucks and the food is very disgusting!!!!!

The establishment was dimly lit. The takeout order consisted of curry goat, rice & peas and cabbage. It totaled $13.22. My change was to be $6.78, however the cashier decided I was only going to receive the bills and so I never received my 78¢ in coins. The food was less than memorable and the cabbage was downright tasteless. I will admit to the goat being tender, but everything else was less than stellar. If I had read the Dept of Health report, with their grade still pending, but with horrific violations listed, I would have NEVER chosen this place to spend my hard earned money.
My advice is to go elsewhere.

Bought 1/2 half jerk chicken but could not stomach the food - the food made me sick after a few bites. Jerk chicken was soggy and tasteless. Ultimately, the jerk bowl went into the garbage.This place used to deliver decent jerk chicken (when it was UG aka ULTIMATE GRILL)!!!!This new management cooking style is not working out.... not working out for me at all.I already vowed to stay away from their rice offering - too dry, so much so that it is not palatable on its own.Now, the jerk chicken is off the list...

I will no longer do business with UG Grill. Disappointed to say the least! The restaurant provided food for my birthday party and delivered half of what I paid for the day of my event. When I told the owner she apologized and said she needed about an hour to prepare and deliver the rest of the food, what I got was disappointing, and my guest told me so. They rushed to prepare the food and delivered the wrong thing the second time, that's embrassing. SMH. Part of my money had to be refunded. At that point the owner invited me and a couple of friends to the restaurant as her guest. I reluctantly accepted and took 3 friends. After we ate she presented us with a bill for the drinks and appetizers. That was tacky. The owner should have comped the entire meal including the beverages. Again, I will never do business with UG Grill again.

I ordered an oxtail rasta pasta and it was extremely disgusting and overpriced. I was given 3 little pieces of oxtail along with pasta that was barely boiled and the sauce/gravy was horrible. They charged me 27 dollars for this, which I also found ridiculous. Never again will I be ordering from there.

My cousin living in NJ was having a family reunion and wanted snapper escovitch. The snapper was fried perfectly and the sauce was put on the side for us to put on when we arrived it was perfect and went over very well. The snapper were huge
