I don’t recommend because is not authentic Puerto Rican cake anymore. The company was sold to Mexican a year after Covid. A 6 inch cake is $32 dollars we do not price our products that way. We Puerto Rican want people to enjoy our cake. I am sad that the owner didn’t sell the company to a Puerto Rican to keep the same taste and values. The just took the money and ran. So sad. It’s time that we spread the word and say that it’s not made Puerto Rican style cake. Valencia no more.

I am so disappointed in the service in this place, I came to pick up an order and the lady who served me was like a Mexican, maybe about 22 years old, I greeted her saying Good afternoon, she never responded to my greeting. He grabbed a cover and gave me two packages that were probably exposed to the sun all day. That's why they called her and the only thing she did was give me that and she ran to answer I asked her for a cake and she didn't understand what I was saying, omg I will never return to this place, the attention is the worst. The food they gave me was sunny and I had to throw it away, I don't understand why people are like that with so much lack of attention and they don't provide good service. Horrible attitude of this person who attended to me. Throw it away and if it is the owner or a relative of the owner. Think carefully before putting her in customer service again, it doesn't work.

Extremely dry cake. Either this location is selling old cakes or Valencia is making arid, gritty cakes. A big disappointment for I am a lifelong Valencia fan. Makes me think twice in buying another cake from the store. For the price it is nowadays, I can get better quality at Magnolia for a little bit more.
I have being eating this cake for the past 50 years I still haven't found a cake baked as Good as Valencia and don't get me wrong there are some good ones but not as Valencia God Bless the bakery and the founder
