Valencia was a great experience. From my initial online order, to calling for an earlier pickup and picking up right before closing. They were so kind, accommodating and it felt like I was a long time customer. It was my first time at the Englewood location, but my second time getting a cake for my grandmother. It is the cake she grew up eating for all celebrations and I am so happy to continue to tradition for her. Thank you Valencia for making her birthdays extra special for us!

To my delight I found out valencia still delivered! I used Valencia for all my kids birthday cakes as my parents did also for us. I called and placed my order for delivery same day! There was no problem at all. The person that took my order was wonderful! , helpful, gracious and assured me everything would be delivered as promised. Even gave me an ETA! The delivery went through without any problems. When they couldn't reach the recipient by phone they called me and I was able to rectify the issue and the cake was delivered right on time! I wish customer service was as wonderful as my experience with Valencia!

I ordered a cake for the Super Bowl and it came with their Bad Bunny theme. Half pineapple and half custard , and I will tell you this cake was delicious. The presentation was amazing everyone Enjoyed it. I was very pleased with my order once again This is my fifth order from them. They never disappoint.

Chose a cake from one of their posted photos and customized it to my liking and it came exactly how I expected it to. A+ service too. I also had a slice of their tres leches while I waited for my cake and it was awesome.
The cake was DELICIOUS and so fresh!!! The delivery service was prompt and professional. I really appreciate the care with which my Benito cake was boxed to protect from damage during transit. Excellent service. Valencia is still the standard!
