This is the most horrible Wendy’s I ever been to it’s located in castle Hill Bronx NY. The service was awful and the restaurant itself was literally a disaster leftover food still on the tables soda machine not working and on top of that there seats was rip out this store needs better management and also a renovation. I will never return to this establishment ever again

Beautiful souls today while doing uber delivery I accidently droped ny customer's coffee, I wanted to order a new for the customer they gave it to me for free. Thank you for being respectful and kind.

On Sunday morning, after a night out, we wanted to eat something quick and easy. The lady on the intercom was very rude and rushed us through the order. Upon getting to the window, she rushed through handing out the drinks and the food that she dropped the food bag. On top of being extremely rude, she never apologized for the whole situation. Instead of apologizing, she laughed at us for getting upset. I will never come back to this Wendy's ever again after being treated like this. I would stick to other Wendy's, but never this one.

Drive Thru needs to improve! It is very slow!! At least 7 cars in the drive thru!!

This location has always been bad, but it has gotten worse. The last time I went there, the front seating area was a disaster; trash was everywhere. Now, I am ordering via DoorDash, and my delivery driver has been waiting for more than an hour. New management has to take over

Disappointed service. Rude employees, cold food, nasty environment. Prepared to get half cooked fries and a frozen burger. If you want to hear inappropriate comments, jokes, or conversations this is the perfect place. If you want a supervisor/managers help, feel free to just forget about it.

The cashier is so rude during delivery orders. I have to wait for 40 minutes for just 1 order . What are they doing inside I don’t understand. I think they are not satisfied with their work. Manager should look at it and hire some better experienced cashier.
