Just finished eating here, & man... that fall off needs to be studied. The food sucked in quality & got cold since it was served luke warm & they had the AC on full blast despite it being like 35° outside. The staff clearly doesn't care about being there, our cashier was listening to his music instead of trying to take our order. I used to frequent here over the summer, and it definitely wasn't like this. & if this is what in dining is like, how bad are the food delivery orders? Smh, y'all should be giving me stars for coming here

I have 6 children and I came to the Wendy's on E. Tremons and I bought 6 Biggie Bags and it was missing 2 fries and a Chick Nugget and when I came to complain that some things were missing the manager told me that I ate it, I live almost a mile from the Wendy's and in the process I left work and my children asked me to take Wendy's to them, the service is bad

I ordered a drive-thru pick up order January 15. Large Dave’s double combo. Later that night I got food poisoning which in turn led to me being sick for a couple days. The service is fine. Never had an issue with an employee but I could never eat there in confidence anymore.

I would say lousy service but I never got any. Stood at the counter for 4 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. 2 girls were busy with door dash orders while another girl stood by playing with her phone. Will never spend a dime here again.

I got take out today. The chicken sandwich had spots that were bright yellow- absolutely disgusting. It was gummy. The chicken nuggets looked fine but I tossed everything out just in case. I’ve ordered from this location previously and it’s the first time this occurs.
