I ordered a meal on the mobile app and went to the store to pick it up, but it didn't arrive. I don't know if it was taken away by someone else. I didn't get the food I was supposed to get. This is unfair. I spent money and didn't get the food. Waiter They didn’t give me an explanation, it was very annoying.

Clean establishment, friendly staff, nice and empty and quiet with a clean bathroom.
Lol this was an experience. Could only pay cash so I had to go to the Chase ATM that is in a nearby parking lot. Then returned to Wendy's where the cashier was nice but a "customer" asked me to get her a meal. I did. Then only one bathroom worked and I had to get napkins to clean the very messy table. I was with my two small children and there were "patrons" loitering inside with speakers as big as my children blasting bachata music and drinking a bottle of Hennessy.

I stopped goin to the Wendy’s in Westchester Ave ever since I found a bug inside my burger. I used to come to this location years ago and I started coming here again. Their service is great, food is always nice and hot and ..no bugs..Parking: There is a small parking lot on the side.
This Wendy's is truly dysfunctional. This will be the last time I give my business to them. You have a new cashier, not to mention a lone cashier at the busiest time of the day, that has no clue what he is doing. It should not take over half an hour to get some chili and chicken sandwiches. I am truly disappointed in this place.

I thought it was "FAST" food.It took 20min to make a burger.Staffs kept chatting and joking, but working.Yea...it is not busy at all.It is true that the order will take over 40min to make on a busy day.

Discrimination!The staff clearly discriminated against me by deliberately delaying my order. Despite placing a simple order and patiently waiting at the counter, I endured a wait of over 20 minutes to receive my food. Meanwhile, 3 DoorDashers arrived to pick up their orders, and 5 customers who ordered after me received their food before I did. Their orders are done in 5mins, mine took over 20mins.

This Wendy's is such a good place to eat at, once your done eating you can just walk down the street to a GameStop or even go to the small shopping Center.
With no one online too order.... And the drive Thru not busy....I waited for someone too come too the register too place an order....I waited 10 min before anyone actually approached me....and when they finally asked me what I wanted too order...they seemed bothered that I asked for someone too come too the register I was so disappointed at the service that I decided too go too another Wendy's a few miles away...

This location can never seem to get the food order right. Time and time agian they fail to follow instructions. Register girls always seem to have an attitude when you have an issue with the order. Never fails. The tables are clean, but the soda machine area is filty. The district manager really needs to pay attention to this location because the employees are ruining this establishment
