I visited this Wendy’s recently and had a truly frustrating experience. Upon entering, I was immediately told that dogs weren’t allowed, without even being asked if my dog was a service dog—despite Wendy’s policy allowing service dogs. The manager then instructed the cashier not to take my order because I had a dog.

At that point, I had to walk all the way back to my car, leave my dog there, and return to try placing my order again. When I finally managed to do so using a coupon for a free chicken sandwich, it wasn’t included in my order. Then, the manager re-entered the conversation and claimed it wasn’t included because I “didn’t specify” I wanted it—even though the coupon was literally for a free chicken sandwich.

As I was standing there placing my order, I overheard the manager yelling and cursing at everyone about the situation, despite the fact that I had been polite and respectful the entire time. After all of that, I had to request a refund, having wasted 30 minutes of my time for absolutely nothing.

This Wendy’s seriously needs to be examined because the manager is running this place horribly. I have no idea how this location has so many stars on Google Reviews. Based on my experience, the service is unprofessional, the management is beyond rude, and the entire visit was a disaster. I won’t be coming back, and I’d strongly advise others to avoid this location.

I've been there 2-3 times so far and 2 of those three times they've made mistakes on our orders. The first time they gave us two of the same frosties, even though we ordered differently. The second time they literally cancelled our order- we only found out when we asked about it after waiting for like 20 minutes on a small order (a small meal and 2 frosties), and had to wait another 20. Beware, it gets really busy after school time because a lot of students and families go there to hang. The food was pretty standard, as most fast food places are. The staff is pretty nice, not rude despite how busy it gets, which is nice.

Vegetarian options: Apart from the desserts- pretty much just
potatoes and maybe salads..

Kid-friendliness: A lot of kids go there after school- beware of how busy it gets.

Terrible service , do not order here through uber or any delivery service. They dont even answer ur calls and when they do , they hang up after explaining the issue. They dont even refund the money. Lady spoke to my dad right now and hung up. Total robbery and terrible customer service. I hope you guys fire these people.

Pure Timeless Unions

My name is Clarice from Pure Timeless unions. I’m an ordained minister that focused on Marriages, weddings and elopements. Today 1/9/25 at 10:30am I arrived at the Wendy’s ready to order. The speaker seems to not be working so I arrived at the first window. Very rudely said was a worker said “I can’t take your order here so go back around”. I explained to him that I didn’t hear him and it seems like the speaker is broken. He proceeded to tell me go around he’s not taking my order via the manager. It’s very sad that I get out these big fast food chains in our neighborhoods and treat us like we don’t matter. The owner of Wendy’s himself would not have liked that I’m sure of it! I left and they lost a customer for life!

The drive-thru service was excellent with clear and good personnel. They used a young man who talk clear and understood and was quick, instead of other Wendy's in Bronx which use a dumb young ghetto girl that can't talk proper English. The sad part was that the food was hard and dry, so not fresh. This means the manager is not doing their job to maintain food freshness.

Discussing service. Went around 11pm. All employees had a huge attitude. App was not working because they put the store as closed on the app and on uber eats. The manager laughed at me and said theres nothing he can do he has no control of anything but he is a manager. They saw i stayed there for an hour out side in the cold trying to place the order on the app they were looking and laughing without a care in the world. I showed the manager and employees multiple times and they didn’t even look at the phone just said no. I put 3 different cards and nothing. The manager had no consideration.
Made me feel humiliated . Horrible customer service would not recommend and never going there again.

Drive thru They need to hired new people people on register can’t count money can’t break 100 bill didn’t want to give me a receipt when I got my food the order was missing items and they still charged me for the wrong items complaining that I had to move the car cause I took 15 mins when it was the worker that don’t know how to count bills out and refuse to give me a receipt horrible service attitudes all around no one ask you to work there you chose your job if you don’t like it change your career go back to grade school can’t do simple math

I swear I don't know where they find their workers from. They don't know how to give the correct change back, and they mess up my order all the time. Either they give you the wrong order or they will give you less than what you ordered. I ordered 2 biggie bags. They gave me 1 order of French and 1 order of chicken nuggets, then when I told the kid, he looked at me like I was lying and said, "Let me check the bag" I said bro do I look like I'm a chicken nuggets thief? Then this fool said yes, lmao. Then he had the dumb look when he realized i was right. Wendys, please make sure your employees know how to read and do math before you hire them. Thank you.
