The drive-thru service was excellent with clear and good personnel. They used a young man who talk clear and understood and was quick, instead of other Wendy's in Bronx which use a dumb young ghetto girl that can't talk proper English. The sad part was that the food was hard and dry, so not fresh. This means the manager is not doing their job to maintain food freshness.

Didn't go inside, went thru drive thru, the service was slow. it's not spectacular - a regular fast food spot, but it did the job and was food hot and tasty.
Parking: There were plenty of parking spot in the lot there, so no need to park on the street. That area is pretty busy traffic wise, so being in the lot is advisable.
