Today I am at Wendy's and I am Latino and they treated me badly because of my language for not speaking English.

had a horrible experience there was a lady at drive thru who was hard of hearing she put my order in wrong and I had to tell her it was number 4 not 1 which is fine but then I go to the window I gave her a 20 I noticed some change I have in the front of my car so I asked her how much was to change so I can give her the change so I don't get back change she didn't understand and she says to me I ordered two of them and rolls her eyes I think that she thought I asked for my change but I was just asking her how much so I can give her the exact change I then was told to drive up and wait for the food I received cold fries hard old the sandwich was chewy and the coffee was horrible I asked for light and sweet it had no sugar in it. When it comes to people messing with food I don't deal with so no I will never return to this place in the morning time possibly maybe never ever again I think it's really sad that people mess with food and I did nothing to the individual I am customer and I called to speak to the manager the manager of the store was nice said to come back and she will give me the same food again but once I notice a place of business doing things to food or bad customer service because they are hard of hearing i will not return . I believe there is another one near IHOP go to that one

The dining area is clean. The speed of service was adequate; it can be a hit or miss with the cashiers, though. Some are kind and professional. Some will look at you like you got two heads while dragging their feet and lallygag in the back. But for the most part, this place is decent.

I recently visited this Wendy's location, and I must say it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The cashier was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making the entire interaction uncomfortable and unpleasant. It was clear she lacked basic customer service skills, and her behavior was unacceptable for someone representing the company.

I strongly recommend she be re-trained immediately or removed from her position. Until this establishment addresses its customer service issues and ensures a better experience for customers, I will not be returning. I also advise others to avoid spending their hard-earned money here until improvements are made.

Wendy’s, you need to do better.

To the arrogant Jamaican young lady who screamed at me today for no reason. Just know I reported you. Why do you take your nasty customer service attitude from Jamaica and bring it here? Disgusting. I do not take lightly to disrespect which is I ended up driving away and not ordering anything. This location will not get my money.

This use to be the best Wendy’s around. Now the quality of the food and service are extremely poor. The employees dont care and neither do the managers. Usually I check my bag to make sure my order is correct. I actually stopped doing this because this location messes up my order, guaranteed - every single time. I’m writing this review as I eat my Wendy’s meal that’s missing 2 out of the 5 items i ordered.

As someone who has gone here many times, the service has always been abysmal. Delivery drivers constantly crowd around the pick up counter waiting for their orders. The workers at the counter don’t bother to ask for your order even if you’ve been standing there for 10 minutes. It is truly sad that this is the only available Wendy’s in this zip code area.
