Food isn't a problem, but the service and atmosphere are awful. If you go into the store, the workers will ignore you. Grubhub, Uber eats, and other delivery driver will skip you, and 5-6 of them will crowd the front counter, waving their phones in people's faces. This is especially an issue in the evening around 8pm. Also, the tables are dirty, the soft drink machine is covered in garbage, and teens harassing other customers have contributed to the awful environment.

i eat keto burgers and they made me with a lettuce wrapped plastic tray that nice. Five guy burger give me aluminum foil which not good.burger was excellent and my mom order chilli and fries both she love them chili and fries.

The food is always fresh, at night the wait time is better. The night staff is a joke though. They barely listen to the order because their staff behind them is playing. However the person at the window is actually trying most times to get everything right. This doesn't take away from the fact the food is good. Each salad is amazing and the chicken wrap is good too.

This store made me make the drive thru line in between cars with my bicycle in hand at 2Am so that they wouldn’t have to walk up to the pick up window meanwhile they were singing The national anthem at the top of their lungs through the speaker that is located next to this disabled unused pick up window that falsely advertises deliveries are to be picked up at the window during late night hours. These workers are a joke

My friend and I went through the drive through to order breakfast, she had quite a large order and the woman who took the order wasn't very nice to begin with. When we received the food there was a breakfast sandwich missing and there wasn't a receipt in the bag. She backed up the car and told the woman there was a sandwich missing, it was an ordeal for like 10 minutes almost. Finally the worker gave her the missing sandwich and still didn't give her the receipt she asked for and had an attitude throughout the whole transaction. Although the food was good I don't think I'll be going back there, it wasn't a pleasant experience at all. ?
