I hate to complain, but this is a no for me. Uber orders were first served before the customers as we waited 20 minutes. For our food as it was sitting getting cold. They need to get delivers and in place orders in place. This way, they won't feel so overwhelmed.

this wendys is always packed which i understand is what can contribute to slow times but the wait time for a little biggie bag can be up to like 40 minutes and on uber eats? 2 hours yet im SEVEN minutes away…. its ridiculous. im so disappointed and when u go in person everybody always has an attitude…. i cant man. i wish there was another wendys nearby bc this sucks????
