I am a frequent flyer at Wendy’s.
I usually drive through.
However, a disturbing issue has come to my attention when using Apple Pay. The cashier always wants to physically take my phone inside where it is out of my line of sight.
If this employee drops the expensive phone or electronically compromises the device security ,how do you prove it and who pays for the damaged phone?
None of the other fast food places I visit engage the customer in this style. They usually extend the Apple Pay device through the window for the customer to tap.
This avoids any possible contamination,breach of personal data or liability due to physical damage like dropping a $ 500-$1000 phone or using a skimmer device to breach the security.

What do yall have against straws?? EVERY single time I order grubhub they NEVER give me straws! I'm so sick of this that every time I go to mcdonalds I bring home extra straws just because I know we will need them whenever we order wendys. Bad reviews, phone calls, complaints, yall take NONE of it seriously cause this is def not the first, second, or third time I've complained about this. This staff just don't care.

Food was just thrown together to much salt on fries, burger bun was cold, you have to ask for napkins,ketchup,spoons,forks, and other utensils or else you will not get them. The workers all have attitudes like they do not want to be there. It's rare you find a pleasant worker, if you do they stand out.

I go to this location roughly 10 times a month for the last 8 years. The only time I choose to do a mobile order and select drive thru, I instantly regret it. The line was ridiculously long. I walk to the door at 9:54 to see the door locked and I proceeded to ring the bell where I was told to hold on. I waited 18 minutes to be told I had to get on the drive thru regardless. If I was given that information I would have gotten on the line directly. I walk around on the other side to speak to a manager who reiterated the same message. I wait in the drive thru for what seemed like forever. What is the use of ordering prior to getting here to have to wait this long. Ordered at 9:52 and go my food at 10:39.

No napkins. Missing most of the sodas in the machine. Very disorganized inside- everyone bunched up near the counter with no clear line formed. Can’t tell who is picking up or doing online order or ordering in person. Had to ask every customer if they were on the line or not.. We told the manager about this and he seemed like he wouldn’t do anything about it and didn’t care. The employees are flustered and severely short staffed. Food was ice cold by the time it came out 20 minutes after ordering. Not going back. The one on 222nd is better
