Been going here for a while. But recently something wasn’t right about that Dave’s burger. Threw it out after spending 17$ there A bunch of stuff on it that’s not usually on it. Didn’t look right.

I had a very disgusting experience today at this Wendy’s today , taquana the manager was very ill with her attitude today she walked away from me in the midst of me talking to her and when I explained or rather expressed to her that was rude , she looked at me , she turned around and did it again … unbelievable. And my food was wrong on top of that !

So yesterday 11/29 I went through the drive through I specifically ordered only ketchup and onions on my burger , fresh fries and clearly they didn’t care to lsiten to what I wanted. The burger was plain NO ketchup no onion and the fries were cold!!!!! I’ve been trying to get in contact with the store ever since and they have yet to answer the phone !! This is ridiculous . Oh yea and the drive thru lady was obnoxious once I asked her for a straw seemed like it was an issue. Which btw I needed for my drink!! Never again poor service

I was at the West road at 5:50. The app said that it was open. I placed my order and I get there and it looks like everyone is just starting to work now. I sat there next to the speaker and said it closed. I got to the window no one came and everything was closed and everybody was either cleaning up or setting up so they need to update the hours on the app so no one travels this far thinking that is open.
l have been coming to this Wendy’s for quite some time lately service has been getting worse well today the drive thru girl whatever her title is l asked her for ONE extra sauce she looked at me with an attitude and thought about her answer so to be extra petty she said to me that would be 50 cents like really l guess they must take it out her check because l have never. As much as wendy’s makes a day i’m pretty sure 50 won’t make them go bankrupt. She definitely must hate her job with all that attitude for ONE sauce cup.

The Wendy’s staff and manager were unprofessional. I asked for a refund, but the manager ignored me and threatened to call the cops. After waiting about an hour with no action, I had to raise my voice just to be noticed. Thankfully, staff member Jones eventually stepped in and resolved the issue.

I went through the drive through I asked about what was in the chili as far as ingredients. I have an allergy to tomato & wanted to see if there was any inside. Upon asking the cashier she stated she didn’t know. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager stated she couldn’t give me that information for me to go online and check. I’m at the window why couldn’t she just tell me what was inside. Instead she gave an attitude to me. I asked for her name she stated her name was Luna, I asked for the cashier name was told she couldn’t give me that. Manager needs better customer service skills and if she doesn’t like to work for Wendy I’ll be more then happy to work for you guys cause as a store manager for a fast food restaurant customer service is always the key.

Pick up orders are made to wait in the parking lot and they take care of all the drive thru orders way before they do pick up orders. I could have order 4 times in the drive thru in the time I waited for my pick up order. I'm never ordering for pick up ever again!!!
