A worker when i was ordering 3 medium frostys for my children, then asking to change it to 3 smalls, after recieving the order of 4 mediums, I told the worker that the order was wrong, then said that I was smoking weed/high. I have a family of 5. Im dont smoke.

First of all, the manager has no idea what she is doing. Everything Is out of order the the front desk person doesn't have any idea what she's doing . She gave my order to another stranger, who touched all my food and then said the food wasn't hers. The staff then called my name ,after calling her name and gave me the food. I threw the food out. Disgusting . I paid for specialty sauce nuggets and received the traditional dry nuggets and when I asked why my nuggets were regular she responded I'm sorry we dont sell those anymore in the plate. They need a new manager, the current one doesn't show interest nor does she seem to care. Very bad service. I wnat my money back. # so sad

I’ve been to this Wendy’s location plenty of times through the years and this is my last .
After a hour of opening I ordered the egg&cheese biscuit and the seasoned potato wedges . They were both cold and the potato wedges tasted uncooked . Do not come here for breakfast 👎🏾.

Waited over ten minutes extra cause the kiosk didn’t print receipt and I guess they couldn’t locate my simple order. After repeating myself 5 times they ask for bank app transaction for one of the managers to notice the order was on the screen the whole time. Even the ticket number was the only I mentioned for 5 minutes. What made it worse is that the burger was lukewarm, soggy with ketchup and mayo and the buns just falling apart. Fries of course not hot. Worse Wendy’s I been to and I love this chain

This Location is very busy throughout the day. Computer always had issues with rewards or taking credit cards. If you went to the drive through orders were messed up. After getting better managers they definitely have gotten better with cleanliness and orders. Staff or more respectable. Avoid during after school since kids may hang out there. They do provide parking but maybe just a handful is spots.

My first time trying Wendy’s breakfast, my husband picked up, two sandwiches and their potatoes. Potatoes were 10 out of 10. They tasted so good and I can’t wait to get some more. The sausage egg and cheese muffin was all right, but their biscuit sandwiches are pretty good. Although I do wish that the biscuit one came with sausage, egg, and cheese like McDonald’s McMuffin but they don’t have that when you get the three dollar deal. I give them 5 Stars for good service and look forward to coming here next time.

They had a line going around the building at 10 o’clock on a Saturday cause they let Uber eats drivers park and block the driveway where they were the only people getting served and anyone online physically at the building was made to wait trash customer service if you ask me
