This location is always extremely dirty at 7 to 9 pm. The bathroom is cleaner. You can't sit anywhere there is garbage on the tables. Garage on the floors its disgusting.. Wendy's District Manager for this location you need to act!!!!

Okay, this is my honest review, I feel the lady was not the friendliest taking my order, The fries were boring and had 0 flavor , this was on my chicken, i lost my appetite because i don’t even know what that is, Missed my bbq sauce when i asked for it, when i went back up there she gave it to me but tried to charge me, didn’t end up because i told her what happened, but lowkey seemed mad when she gave it, tables are not cleaned, holes in chairs, im not usually the type complain but this isn’t okay

I hate buying food from here. All of the attention is given to online orders and to the drive thru so if you come to buy food in person youll be waiting at the counter for like 2 mins even if youre the only one on line. The area by the counter is cramped and theres always 4 delivery guys at the counter waiting to deliver their next order on top of the people who are already waiting for their orders. They should remove the dividers and the tables in the center of the store to create more space. They're not needed anyway. The last time I ordered from here I told the casher I wanted I wanted a combo and a sandwich. He misheard me and thought I asked for 2 combos. I wondered why the total came out so high. When I told him about the mistake he had to give me a refund then charged me a 2nd time for the right amount. Meanwhile the staff was still making the 2nd combo and when it was ready, bagged it up and handed it to me. Me being an honest person I told them that they gave me too much and I gave them back the fries and drink. They looked at me like I had 2 heads. Next time Im gonna keep my mouth shut and leave. Ive never had a problem with the quality of the food.

A worker when i was ordering 3 medium frostys for my children, then asking to change it to 3 smalls, after recieving the order of 4 mediums, I told the worker that the order was wrong, then said that I was smoking weed/high. I have a family of 5. Im dont smoke.

First of all, the manager has no idea what she is doing. Everything Is out of order the the front desk person doesn't have any idea what she's doing . She gave my order to another stranger, who touched all my food and then said the food wasn't hers. The staff then called my name ,after calling her name and gave me the food. I threw the food out. Disgusting . I paid for specialty sauce nuggets and received the traditional dry nuggets and when I asked why my nuggets were regular she responded I'm sorry we dont sell those anymore in the plate. They need a new manager, the current one doesn't show interest nor does she seem to care. Very bad service. I wnat my money back. # so sad

I’ve been to this Wendy’s location plenty of times through the years and this is my last .
After a hour of opening I ordered the egg&cheese biscuit and the seasoned potato wedges . They were both cold and the potato wedges tasted uncooked . Do not come here for breakfast 👎🏾.
