My first time trying Wendy’s breakfast, my husband picked up, two sandwiches and their potatoes. Potatoes were 10 out of 10. They tasted so good and I can’t wait to get some more. The sausage egg and cheese muffin was all right, but their biscuit sandwiches are pretty good. Although I do wish that the biscuit one came with sausage, egg, and cheese like McDonald’s McMuffin but they don’t have that when you get the three dollar deal. I give them 5 Stars for good service and look forward to coming here next time.

They had a line going around the building at 10 o’clock on a Saturday cause they let Uber eats drivers park and block the driveway where they were the only people getting served and anyone online physically at the building was made to wait trash customer service if you ask me

Horrible experience perusal. Every time I come into this establishment. The person handing out the orders has horrible customer service, and because of this, I always do mobile pick-up. I assume I would be in and out like every other. Establishment, when it comes to mobile pick up orders,I assumed I would be in and out like every other establishment when it comes to mobile pick-up orders. But I was wrong I ordered my food while I was a 10 min walk away so by time I got there my order would be ready WRONG. Anyway I don't get my order until 30 MINUTES of waiting and it was still missing item and the girl behind the counter tried to give me a drink that was sitting there prior to me even walking. Why would i want a HOT and MELTED lemonade????? I believe alot of thins were lost in translation resulting in the longer wait times but 30 minutes of waiting after showing them my phone and telling them my name is ridiculous.

Really horrible Friday night...while in the drive thru waiting 50 minutes with 3 cars in front of me, and when I reached the menu board, they told me we're not taking orders at the moment....never will visit this Wendy's again.

Love wendy's. The food is always fresh,and the Wendy's staff are very well mannered and respectful and helpful. My only complaint is when I go to Wendy's they have a group of artistic people that come in with there caretakers,and let me tell you today there was a young black guy with braids talking to his autistic group like they was trash. One autistic man was not deciding if he wanted Wendy's or McDonald's and the caretaker kept grabbing on him telling him to hurry up and choose what he wants that he dont got all day for the nonsense.whoever is reading this comment now is that the way a caretaker or any caretaker for autistic people suppose to conduct themselves? If my brother or sister or cousin or son or daughter was autistic I would be scared to leave them in the care of these caretakers who verbally abuse them and talk down on them. Autistic people need caretakers with patience and that are easy going and sensible. But overall the Wendy's food at this location is very good,the staff is very professional, and the place is always clean. Please people if you see or hear any caretakers verbally abusing or physically abusing any autistic person please step in and say something or call 911. Autistic people cant help it they are the way they are but us people without autism,that don't need no one to take care of us need to speak up and help the autistic people who we see/and hear getting abused verbally and physically.

They never get your order correct, or add any condements every time I go unless I ask for it (which is late because i've driven away by then) and its the same thing if I get the food from inside. No one seems to know how to do their job accordingly and they seem extremely disorganized in there. This Wendy’s either needs new management and or a complete new staff, every time I come here (and I live in the area) so I’ve given this place one too many chances, every time has been a fail and they never get it right. Please review your staff and make this a better Wendys to visit.
