Been a long time since we’ve been here and figured to stop in and see how the renovations look. The place looks good and basically clean. However, the food wasn’t hot like it used to be. The burgers, fries and onion rings were warm, not hot and fresh as in the past. The only thing that was as expected was the shakes. Nice and thick.

The young black gentlemen who was the cashier Sunday, February 2nd around 3pm provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Passed through my old neighborhood and stopped at the Castle for a quick bite. From the way he greeted customers, interacted and spoke was great. One of the best cashier interactions ever. What a polite, well spoken young man who takes pride in his job. Thank you.

Happy Holidays! This location is clean the staff is very kind and my food was delish. I was encouraged to try the chicken rings with my number 1 and a big back like myself couldn’t resist. The chicken was sooo FRESH. Everything was delish.

It's a Kool spot. 👍🏼 I love the fact that they have drive thru.
Vegetarian options: White Castle is an excellent, convenient fast-food establishment with a drive-thru; I particularly enjoy their new Impossible cheeseburger with jalapeños.
Parking: I wish there were more White Castles in Westchester County, NY. Only two?! 😕
